“ServiceMark is the worst company ever. They are still doing a job from last summer. They are a bunch of crooks that told a totally different story. Last summer, they installed my air conditioner and the salesman was a con artist. He told me that he would do a lot of things for me. He said they would install a special air filter for my kids allergies. Last summer, we were out of the country when it was installed. This summer, it is only working as good as my previous one did. I called them and called them about it, and they came out to replace things. Robert was sent out and discovered that there is a leak, but didn't fix it. He went back to the office and we had a conference call. The salesman said that the duct work isn't good and that is why it is not working. They should have noticed that the duct work wasn't good when they installed it if that is the case. One of the guys asked me why I didn't complain last year. I had to explain that I was out of the country. They made every excuse in the book not to install the special air filter that we have already paid for. I have to pay $600 to change the duct work and I was out of the country until yesterday. I am going to email them about switching the price and hoping that they will agree to do the duct work and install the air filter I already paid for. I will never tell anyone to use ServiceMark again. I thought ServiceMark was a good company, but I should have gone with Horizon. They thought that I was a regular homeowner, but I have more knowledge because I am a property manager. I only went with ServiceMark to take advantage of the credit.”
