I needed a new AC and furnace. From start to finish, Bill Frusco did not disappoint. Brendan began the process with the consult. He was straightforward and thorough. Within just a few days, reps from Bill Frusco made contact to inform me they had the materials and were able to schedule install. The day of install, Chris, Vlad and Greg arrived at my home. They were incredibly thorough, polite and helpful. Chris exuded patience in answering my millions of questions and took the time to teach me about my new unit. All in all, I’m grateful for such a pleasant, seamless process in such an expensive, overwhelming endeavor. I highly recommend utilizing Bill Frusco.

Grayson did an outstanding job helping me with an electrical issue in my home. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and completed the repair efficiently while making sure everything was safe and working properly. Evan came to our house to give us a quote on hooking up our new natural gas grill. He fully explained the process and the work that the job will entail along with the price. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with. We were happy to move forward with Bill Frusco plumbing for the job! John subsequently came to perform the job. He was very thorough and made sure there were no gas leaks in the new piping. He was also friendly and polite. We will certainly use Bill Frusco plumbing for our future plumbing needs!

My complete engagement with Bill Frusco Plumbing was excellent. From my first call to the completion of the work the communication was great. Terrific responsiveness and consistent updates. The craftsmanship of the work was also excellent. They were recommended to me by my neighbor and I will be recommending them to others. Wish I could give a 6th star.

Super easy and friendly to work with. Katie in the office was very communicative and always got back to me. I called a few companies and this was by far the easiest to work with. Shoutout to John for installing the water heater quickly and gave me all the info I needed. Definitely recommend.
