“There was no problem. I was shocked at the lack of people in this area that sold the thing I bought in the basement to help the heating and air conditioning. I'm glad Lowry did. The guys that installed it did a fantastic job. It's nice and it works well. I will definitely give them an A for the overall experience. It was awesome.”

I'd give them an A+. They were very upfront with me. I called and they scheduled an appointment right away. I didn't have to wait for a long period of time. When he did come out, he was on time. He was courteous and explained everything he was doing for me. That's what I expect someone to do and he did everything I expected.”

The guy from Lowry Services really made an effort to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it. He made really helpful recommendations and ultimately did resolve the problem. They've fixed a couple things for me. My basement was not heating up, and I was having some issues with the radiant heat on my first floor—that was one trip. Another time, I was getting a lot of banging in the winter on my furnace, and the guy found some problems, figured it all out, and did the repairs. I haven't had any banging since. I liked it so much that I had them come out and install a water softener. It feels like a family business; it was much more personal than you get sometimes with other companies. They get an A.”
