The crew showed up on time and finished a day early. They were friendly, professional and did a great job. Not only was the install of the mini splits functional, they did a great job with the appearance as well. Definitely recommend.

Lowry HVAC installation team of George, Brad and Patrick were punctual, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, communicative, hardworking, considerate, and highly professional. They replaced my 26-year old York with a one-speed Rheem HVAC in 6 hours. George explained their plan, and was always available for questions. They worked hard, non-stop, and communicated really well as a team, assuring me that they knew what they were doing and that they were working as if doing it in their own home. They were very neat and I had nothing to clean up. Brad and George made sure to explain the new thermostat to me and my wife. George, Brad and Patrick exceeded my expectations. I am supremely satisfied with Lowry Services and their staff. Thanks to Chris Arranz for a good, fair deal and scheduling installation so quickly and smoothly.

I’m so so glad I called Lowry. I had a serious electrical box issue, so went online and put in a service request. I had a call from the office within minutes. They had me on the schedule and someone out to my house first thing the next morning, I was so Grateful! Their technician Tom was so polite, so friendly, he knew how to explain everything to me so I knew what was going on (which I really appreciated)! He replaced my entire breaker panel, labeled everything, and even diagnosed an issue with my hot water heater. He called the office and they had a plumber and his apprentice out within a couple hours and had my hot water heater replaced the next day! I’m so sooo Glad I called them, don’t hesitate if you’re having any issues, they know what they’re doing and really helped put me at ease with everything going on!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Lowry Electric, especially my technician, Tim. He installed my Tesla Wall Connector, and the entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Tim arrived on time, was extremely professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to answer my questions, explained the installation process, and completed the work with exceptional attention to detail. The finished installation is clean, organized, and looks fantastic. It’s obvious that Tim takes pride in his workmanship, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. My Tesla charger is working perfectly, and I have complete confidence in the quality and safety of the installation. If you’re considering an EV charger installation or need any electrical work done, I highly recommend Lowry Electric and specifically Tim. Outstanding customer service, top-quality craftsmanship, and an overall excellent experience. Thank you for a job well done!

UPDATE: Shane from Lowry called to inform me that I was overcharged. Tech used the wrong charge code. Gosh I hope so. ***************************** Tried Lowry for the first time. Yes on courtesy, yes on all the stuff on their website, but all the tech needed to do was replace about 10ft of vinyl hose, the kind you can get readily, about the diameter of a dime, so when he told me the price was going to be $832.73 plus the $89 show-up fee, making it a grand total of $921.73 I was shocked. Why has the price of HVAC service gone up so much? Almost a thousand dollars to get a hose replaced!! I feel like I’ve been robbed! I paid because the water leaking all over my basement floor and under my furnace had to be stopped. But damn if I’m ever going to call them for service again. Don’t let that line about them being a family business sucker you too.
