Rob did an outstanding job replacing my dryer vent, replacing it from the interior wall to the exterior, and handling a tricky situation with a bird nest that had completely taken over the old vent. The exterior wall was very high, but he tackled it without hesitation and made the whole process look easy. He was quick, friendly, and professional from start to finish, and the quality of his work really shows. Everything was done cleanly and correctly, and I feel much more confident knowing the vent is now safe and properly installed. (The bird has moved out). I would absolutely recommend Rob to anyone needing this kind of work done.

As a satisfied customer with Wm. Henderson, I was very impressed with the service I received. Justin came to my home to install new fixtures on my bathroom tub, and he did an outstanding job. He was friendly, respectful, and took the time to answer my questions. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be completely satisfied. The installation looks great, everything works perfectly, and he left the area spotless when he was finished. It's not every day you meet someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Thank you, Justin, for making this such a positive experience. Had a great experience! Got a same-day appointment for an estimate, and Joe was incredibly helpful with sharing information about the different options. He answered all our questions about payment methods too. The guys who installed our new system worked so hard all day long and made sure to test everything before they left, even though it was well after 6pm. All in all, it took less than a week and we could not be happier!
