I want to begin by acknowledging the professionalism of your repair technicians. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and have consistently done their best to address the issues with my system. The dispatcher I spoke with has also been helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, my heater has not worked properly since installation. The unit cannot maintain the set temperature. Even with the thermostat set at 70 degrees, the temperature in my home drops into the 50s at night. The system runs constantly, yet fails to heat the house adequately. This is not only uncomfortable but also costly. My electric bill was nearly $500 last month. I purchased this 2.5-ton unit in the summer of 2025 for my home of less than 1,000 square feet, and from the beginning it has failed to perform. During the summer, I had to call for service multiple times because the unit would not cool properly. The equipment itself appeared used, with a bent and scratched front door, which was concerning given the significant investment I made. I requested a manager’s call before the end of the day, but was told the management team was in an offsite meeting. I later received an email stating that a manager would call me next week. With a snowstorm approaching, waiting until Monday or Tuesday is unacceptable. My family should not have to endure freezing nights due to a faulty system. I am asking for immediate action to resolve this issue. I paid for a new, functioning unit, and I expect reliable service and accountability. Please prioritize this matter and contact me promptly to discuss next steps.

I’m pleased to report that James O’Donnell provided exceptional service in regards to his repairs to Nella Genuardi’s powder room sink. James is a true representative of Customer Service! He was polite, personable, and respectful. Nella appreciated the fact that James took his time to answer her questions and make reasonable recommendations for other possible repairs. It’s refreshing to know that female senior citizens can receive such appreciated treatment. I recommended Donnelly to Nella, and I know she will be recommending your company to her friends also. I recently had 2 sink fittings that came off from a basement sink and flooded my basement. I called Donnelly's Plumbing and the customer service was very good and in general the technician who came out for a quick 30 min job to replace 2 - $20 fittings on my sink did a great job as no leaks. My upsetting part of the experience was the price gouging from this company. Although they waved the $99 fee to come out an look at the issue, I was still charged $897.98 for the 30 min job. I only had them come out as I needed it fixed an had to submit to my insurance. I would like to know how one can charge that much to put 2 fittings on. All in all customer service and technician wonderful experience. Price for that job is ridiculous as if insurance did not frown upon the home owner replacing it for maybe $50 I would have done the job myself. I would strongly consider adjusting the price for a simple job like that. Please take this review as food for thought. Thanks an again employee's very pleasant to deal with price not so much.

A representative from Donnelly responded quickly after I submitted an inquiry through their website. When I called back, they promptly scheduled an appointment for Shane to come out the next day to assess our leaking water heater. Shane quickly diagnosed the issue and provided us with an estimate right away. Before leaving, he scheduled the installation appointment. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to my schedule. He worked with our availability to find a time that was convenient for our family and thoroughly walked us through the setup and replacement once the job was complete. Overall, our experience with Donnelly was seamless from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and respectful of our time, and Shane’s expertise gave us complete confidence in the work being done. Thanks!

I have filed a BBB complaint. They came out to replace copper water line with stainless steel and BURNED my kitchen cabinet, which is made of wood. They refused to respond to my complaint to them. And this is after I purchased a completely new HVAC from them this past summer for around $16,000. The public should know this is how they treat their customers!! UPDATE SINCE OWNER RESPONSE: Hear more about my experience? You ignored me for 2 months, after saying you would look into it and get back to me. You never did! Reimburse me for the cost to replace this cabinet and you will have reinstated my trust in your company! UPDATE FEB 2026: Revised to 2 stars as this company did reimburse me for the cost of the service, however they did not reimburse me for replacing the cabinet itself, which was irreparably damaged by them. And I was unable to match the rest of the cabinets!
