Ever do a "happy dance" because the plumber's van is backing up in your driveway? That's exactly what I was doing. Never knew how difficult it is to get service from any plumbing company on the weekend. Have an emergency and it's your worst nightmare! My sewerline was backup and finally exploded. At first there was miscommunication and due to shortage of technicians, holidays and sickness. Doesn't help that I wasn't tech savy enough to reply to text messages once they're sent. No response, they're off to the next assignment. While you're seating at home wondering whats taking them so long to get to your house. When I spoke to the office of Len the Plumber. I was instructed to shut off my water on Saturday. Unfortunately, no one's available to address my issue until Sunday. Again, no one was available till Monday. Long story short version. Monday morning, I received a call and a text message from Len the Plumber, I was on the list for a visit. The Ben Harris company apologized via text and offered an $80 coupon😜. The three technicians from Len the Plumber were polite, professional, informative of what needed to be done. So, for now the water is on, showers must be quick. However, laundry and dishes will have to wait until the sewerline is replaced. That's when I'll give out the final stars once the job complete. Job well done 5✨️

I have used them is the past and had a great experience. This time around I had a leak and called and I ended up getting same day service. They were there quick. Russell was very polite and knowledgeable. Wanted to know if I have any other concern that he could address. There was issues that wasn't major but he addressed them and gave me my options to remedy the problem. Quotes and suggestions were given. He explained everything he did and went over all of the paperwork when finished. I would definitely recommend them.

Mr. Tony N. was the absolute best! He was knowledgeable and showed me everything that had happened. His advisement was clear and concise. Even though his call was not for the water heater, he told me that it needed to be replaced as it was a 2005. I can appreciate a technician that advises you about things especially being a new homeowner. It speaks volumes of his character and his work ethic. With the information, he explained the timing I had, the years to replace the water heater etc. When I say he was such a blessing to me today, he absolutely was. Every company can provide a service, but many do not have employees who exemplify the true meaning of an asset to a company. Mr. Tony is just that. His company should be so proud. If I need another job, I will ask for Mr. Tony to be my technician. If you are getting work done, ask for Tony N as your tech, you won't be disappointed.

We had emergency call for this company two weeks ago, they were responded fast, scheduled appointment next day in the morning. The technician Raheem Bishop came in and fixed problem for the toilet leaking and we requested him come again to change this old toilet. One week later, he came in and help us changed a new toilet. We’re very happy about his work. On time, wear the shoe covers, works professionally and efficiently. Also, he was very friendly and respectful. Thanks Raheem!🥰

I had already pumped a bunch of drain cleaner chemicals in the blockage but it still wouldnt go, so I called them. I was informed by the website they would send someone immediately. Within the hour I got some crude woman who talked to me like I kicked her puppies or something, and she told me it would be a few days, and not the day/time i made an appointment for online. I said ok. The guy arrived eventually and spent 10 minutes in my driveway parking. I'm not sure why he had trouble. No cars were there except his very old van. I guess my chemicals finally kicked in because within 2 seconds of him walking into my place with dirty boots and clothes and sticking a pipe in there, it immediately cleared. I was a happy camper despite appearances. I asked how much and it was over $300. I asked if he thought it was a holiday or weekend and he said no, thats the regular price. I figured maybe there's some visit charge or truck charge or travel charge so I accepted it and asked how much to swap a fixture that needed replacing. A regular kitchen fixture, nothing fancy. He looked at it and said he didn't think he could do it. OK then. I was ready to pay and asked about the price and why it seemed excessive. He fumbled with his words and knocked $10 off and acted like he parted the red sea. So he did his job, great, but over $300 for 3 seconds of work on a plugged drain... never again. Did I mention that with his filthy hands he seemed to really want to touch everything in sight for some reason, like he was an exorcist feeling around for other plumbing issues on towels, counters, walls? Ridiculous. And he took 15 minutes scanning my card. The best part of the ordeal was when he left.
