Had a good experience with Len the Plumber Heating & Air. Troy came out to diagnose an issue with my cooling system and was professional, thorough, and communicative from start to finish. He ran a full diagnostic, identified a refrigerant leak, and topped the system up. It's been running smoothly ever since. Troy also walked me through my options for a potential full system replacement, since my unit is over 10 years old, and sent me a detailed quote. I never felt pressured just informed and empowered to make the best decision for my home on my own timeline. The team was timely, respectful, and kept my space clean throughout the visit. After calling multiple plumbers who couldn’t fit me in this weekend to fix my clogged tub, this company came through when I needed them most. I called Len's Plumber. Everything was very smoothly. Kevin called to say he was on his way. He arrived in about 15 min. Kevin was very knowledgeable. He put the new kitchen faucet. It looks great. No more leaks. Thank you for this service.

Great service from Ryan! Addressed the immediate problem and made sure everything else was working as well. Friendly and competent. That said, I completely misunderstood the pricing. Over $2,000 to repipe two sink traps?!? I thought it was $1,000 for both - which I thought was crazy - it was each!!! Sorry - the plumber, Ryan, and the work was 5 stars - but not at tha price.

Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air during one of the hottest weekends on record, which also happened to be the Fourth of July holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised that Len the Plumber was able to schedule a service appointment for Sunday afternoon. Due to a mix-up on our end, we missed the technician, Mohamed Kamara, on Sunday. He personally called me, apologized for the inconvenience, and offered to come back at 8:00 a.m. Monday if that worked for us. True to his word, he arrived right on time. Mohamed was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor, clearly explained the issue, and completed the repair promptly. Within a short time, our air conditioning was back up and running, and we had cool air throughout the house again. Mohamed also took the time to explain the benefits of Len the Plumber's service plan, including the savings and discounts it provides. His explanation was helpful and never felt pushy, and we decided to enroll. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Len the Plumber, and Mohamed Kamara provided outstanding service. We highly recommend both the company and Mohamed for anyone needing HVAC service.
