Martin and Sean returned to install a new Saniflo macerating pump to replace a broken macerating pump. They were professional and had a solid sense of humor. Despite hitting a few roadblocks, they were successful in the installation. Cost below includes the pump purchase ($1k), their first visit this past Monday ($260), and the pump/valve installation ($1200). I don't know what the average cost of this work would come to, but they provided excellent service which sometimes comes with a steeper price tag. This was somewhat of an emergency situation where time was of the essence, so we went with who we can trust.

I had a great experience working with Thomas, a technician from Mattioni Plumbing Heating & Cooling. He did an excellent job explaining the issue with our sewer lateral back pitch and clearly walked us through the process to fix it. Thomas was very respectful of our situation and genuinely wanted to help us make the best decision, especially as we were comparing multiple quotes. What really stood out was his honesty—he was even willing to acknowledge a competitor’s trenchless method as a potential option at first. However, after reviewing their quote more closely, he helped identify that their approach likely wouldn’t properly fix the back pitch issue or pass township requirements. I truly appreciate Thomas’s knowledge, transparency, and willingness to look out for our best interests. His honesty was refreshing and gave us confidence in making the right decision. Thank you, Thomas, and the team at Mattioni Plumbing Heating & Cooling! Update on the fix! If you ever find yourself bonding with a group of guys over your sewer line… just know you picked the right plumbers. Huge shoutout to Terry, Bill, Dan, and Jesus from Mattioni Plumbing Heating & Cooling—aka the “Back Pitch Avengers.” These guys came in to tackle what I thought was going to be a front yard demolition project worthy of a reality TV show. Two bellies in the sewer line? I was bracing for chaos. But not this crew. While other plumbers were ready to go full “let’s destroy all the concrete and figure it out later,” these guys actually thought about the problem. Revolutionary, I know. Instead of turning my property into a construction zone, they carefully slid the concrete walkway slabs out of the way like they were playing giant Jenga—no destruction, no drama, no unnecessary cost. And guess what? They were right. Both problem spots were exactly where they expected. Efficient, precise, and honestly kind of impressive to watch. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but they did it with smiles on their faces and a great attitude the entire time. My wife and I actually enjoyed having them around—which is not something you usually say about people digging up your sewer line. End result? ✔ Passed inspection ✔ No damage to property ✔ No unnecessary work ✔ No headaches I’m still a little shocked at how smooth the whole thing went. If you’re dealing with plumbing issues and getting wildly different (and expensive) opinions, do yourself a favor—call these guys for a second opinion. You might just save your yard, your wallet, and your sanity. Terry, Bill, Dan, and Jesus—thank you again. You guys are absolute pros.

Wow! We had a leak in our water heater, and I called Mattioni at 3:30 PM, and by 7:45 PM that same day they were all cleaned up and we had our hot water again! Can't say better things about The amazing job that our technician, Brian H and his coworker, I think his name was Luke H, did installing our new water heater. They were courteous, respectable, and just overall wonderful in helping us fix our problem on a Friday afternoon! We were very impressed with the service we got from Mattioni, and even signed up for the membership. I don't write a lot of reviews, but definitely had to write this one as These guys went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much! We will be recommending Mattioni all!

We like dealing with Mattioni and their Business model. We REALLY loved our tech Jacob. He is very very thorough and explanatory. His insights and work were impeccable- an asset to the company. We are expecting him back with a pump he ordered for us. Thank you Jacob and the whole team!

Wonderful experience having Jake out to tune-up and service my hvac system this morning. He was very friendly, thorough and transparent from start to finish. As a single mother, it’s an enormous relief to have a reliable, reasonable company I can trust whenever I need. I would absolutely recommend Mattioni and Jake to anyone looking for maintenance or emergency service on their hvac or plumbing systems! They won’t let you down!
