I had a great experience working with Thomas, a technician from Mattioni Plumbing Heating & Cooling. He did an excellent job explaining the issue with our sewer lateral back pitch and clearly walked us through the process to fix it. Thomas was very respectful of our situation and genuinely wanted to help us make the best decision, especially as we were comparing multiple quotes. What really stood out was his honesty—he was even willing to acknowledge a competitor’s trenchless method as a potential option at first. However, after reviewing their quote more closely, he helped identify that their approach likely wouldn’t properly fix the back pitch issue or pass township requirements. I truly appreciate Thomas’s knowledge, transparency, and willingness to look out for our best interests. His honesty was refreshing and gave us confidence in making the right decision. If you ever find yourself bonding with a group of guys over your sewer line… just know you picked the right plumbers. Huge shoutout to Terry, Bill, Dan, and Jesus from Mattioni Plumbing Heating & Cooling—aka the “Back Pitch Avengers.” These guys came in to tackle what I thought was going to be a front yard demolition project worthy of a reality TV show. Two bellies in the sewer line? I was bracing for chaos. But not this crew. While other plumbers were ready to go full “let’s destroy all the concrete and figure it out later,” these guys actually thought about the problem. Revolutionary, I know. Instead of turning my property into a construction zone, they carefully slid the concrete walkway slabs out of the way like they were playing giant Jenga—no destruction, no drama, no unnecessary cost. And guess what? They were right. Both problem spots were exactly where they expected. Efficient, precise, and honestly kind of impressive to watch. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but they did it with smiles on their faces and a great attitude the entire time. My wife and I actually enjoyed having them around—which is not something you usually say about people digging up your sewer line. End result? ✔ Passed inspection ✔ No damage to property ✔ No unnecessary work ✔ No headaches I’m still a little shocked at how smooth the whole thing went. If you’re dealing with plumbing issues and getting wildly different (and expensive) opinions, do yourself a favor—call these guys for a second opinion. Wow! We had a leak in our water heater, and I called Mattioni at 3:30 PM, and by 7:45 PM that same day they were all cleaned up and we had our hot water again! Can't say better things about The amazing job that our technician, Brian H and his coworker, I think his name was Luke H, did installing our new water heater. They were courteous, respectable, and just overall wonderful in helping us fix our problem on a Friday afternoon! We were very impressed with the service we got from Mattioni, and even signed up for the membership. I don't write a lot of reviews, but definitely had to write this one as These guys went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much! We will be recommending Mattioni all!

Huge shoutout to Mattioni for an absolutely amazing HVAC install experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The installation team of Dom and Ryan was clean, efficient, and the attention to detail really stood out. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I had a plumbing inspection triggered by a toilet valve leak. Cris the inspector identified a number of issues. The most critical was the PRV and high pressure in the system. The inspection was thorough, we negotiated pricing which was reasonable and Cris performed the repairs over 2 days. I am very happy with the work and recommend Mattioni and Cris.

Brian Halton was a lifesaver! I took on a DIY toilet project over a holiday weekend and ran into trouble with the shut\-off valve, leaving our family with two kids and no water. Mattioni Plumbing responded quickly and sent Brian out to help. He was professional, kind, incredibly helpful, and great with our kids. He replaced the valve, repair the flange and installed our new toilet, and got everything back up and running. We were so impressed with his work and service that we also signed up for a service contract. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. Five stars all the way!
