We had Oliver Heating and Plumbing install a new HVAC heater and air conditioning system this past Tuesday, and the whole experience went really smoothly. The two techs, led by Tommy—who’s been with the company for thirty-three years—showed up on time early in the morning, got right to work, and were incredibly professional. They laid down drop cloths to protect our floors, stayed efficient and quiet while I worked from home, and finished everything between three and four in the afternoon. The system works great, they were super courteous, and it was all around a smooth experience. Highly recommend!

We bought our house about a year ago and weren’t really happy with the existing AC system. I contacted Oliver HVAC and scheduled a visit with Arman, one of the area Managers. I talked with him about my concerns and goals for the project. After a few back and forth exchanges, Oliver provided several options of different tiers of options and prices. At the end of the day we went with the higher efficiency fully variable Trane heat pump and air handler, matched with Trane’s UX360 fully communicating thermostat at a competitive price point. The installation team was Tom, Clint and Jeffrey. They were friendly, courteous and were careful removing the old system and installing the new system to not ding the walls etc. I did have a few follow up items for them to address after the install and Arman coordinated with Steve the service manager and all was scheduled and completed. So far we haven’t had too many hot days to really give the system a good run, but are looking forward to being more comfortable in our house this summer with lower utility bills!

Mike and Dan did an outstanding job of installing my new water heater. They took great care by laying down drop cloths everywhere and wearing booties in the house. They carefully explained every step in the process and showed me all of their work when they completed the job. It was a pleasure having them here and I highly recommend Mike and Dan as well as the enire Oliver team for all your HVAC needs.

We purchased a 21 year old home in a beautiful community knowing that the HVAC system and several appliances would need to be replaced. The top priority was to replace the antiquated HVAC system and after obtaining 4 proposals, we choose Oliver to do the work. Ultimately, our decision was easy. Oliver's pricing was very competitive and our salesman, Arman Boursalian, was super knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. He followed up (as a good salesperson should) during the time we were reviewing the proposals and was always a true gentleman. The highly experienced installation crew arrived on time, worked their tails off, and completed the entire job in one day. The new high-efficiency unit is working perfectly. Prior to the install, Oliver cleaned all of the ductwork, a service that none of the other contractors even offered. At the end of the day, we have no hesitation awarding Oliver, Arman Boursalian, and the installation crew with a 5 Star review. And please know this review was not written as part of a promotion or any other incentive. If a company does a good job for us, we are happy to share our experience.

Anthony Levy was courteous & professional. He provided superb customer service with clear, transparent, and simple details for preventive maintenance the scope of work. He ensured that the Heating and Cooling systems we're working correctly after the maintenance were completed.
