5 Star rating. Originally called for a service call on a Sunday knowing we might need to install a new a/c and heating system. Technician confirmed that the equipment was 19 years old and needed replaced. Estimator/Comfort Advisor came out on a Sunday within 2 hours to provide us with a quote. We accepted on Sunday. Installation of new units occurred on Tuesday. They would have installed on Monday however we were not avaliable. The installation team replaced everything in just under 5 hours. HL Bowman is very efficient. Prices are definitely fair and their customer service was "Second to None". We will use the team at HL Bowman again. I highly recommend them for their service. Thank you.

EDIT: Look at YELP reviews before using HL Bowman please. They must be monitoring / deleting low star google reviews. Not a good experience... I was willing to pay the exaggerated price point of HL Bowman thinking I would get quick, trustworthy service. The company did not even tell the technicians what they were supposed to be working on / looking at when arriving. I had to explain to multiple technicians and bring up the quote myself. The technicians walked through my carpeted living room (about 1,000 times - they were in the car more than in my house), dragging dirt and made absolutely no attempt to clean up the area. I spent 2+ hours cleaning up the mess, and no true apology was offered. HL Boman kept repeating "This is not typical", but why would I believe that? What was supposed to be a 1 day job turned into 3 due to poor communication within their own company. Technician left at the end of day 2 leaving a voice mail saying that there was still a drip. 3rd day a technician came asking how much more I was willing to spend and offered no solution. Nothing about this process was easy or fast. I encourage you to find a different business to work with.

They did an excellent job and installing my new HVAC. Associates were friendly and smart.Very helpful with the whole process. Make sure I knew how to use the new thermostat And all the other new things that came with it.Made sure my house stayed clean and we’re courteous with the animals. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was overall very happy with this company. All of the techs (Tom Scott, Hunter Briner, and Reshaun Heck who did the plumbing work) that came to our home were friendly, professional, transparent, and patient in explaining things to both me and my husband, especially when we were navigating alternate work schedules. They are highly communicative, send clear itemized estimates, and offered great financing options with 0% interest for 18 months. I hope I don't need services anytime soon but would recommend to anyone who does!

I had Ryan and Corbin come out to replace and haul away my furnace and AC. These guys were very friendly and worked swiftly, but diligently. They arrived in the early morning and we finished up by mid afternoon. Ryan took time to show me how to use the new thermostat and explained thoroughly. Overall, their work looks great and my house is back to being warm.
