I had an outstanding experience from start to finish with my HVAC installation, and I want to recognize a few people who truly went above and beyond. Jason Fortney and Cory Glacé were the technicians who installed my system, and they were absolutely top-notch. They were professional, respectful of my home, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly, explained things clearly, and left everything clean and in great shape. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows. I also want to give a big shoutout to Brett Yeagley, the sales representative. From the very beginning, he was professional, honest, and easy to work with. No pressure, just straightforward information and great communication the entire way through. The entire experience from sales to installation was smooth, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. My husband, Troy, was the one that dealt directly with everyone. He says, "5 stars, everyone was just perfect!" From the swift response when our furnace went out, to the end result, we couldn't have asked for better service. In these frigid temps, they even replaced our AC unit! There were 4 different employees at our home, and every one of them was simply wonderful. They were even great with our dog! My home was left clean, neat and undamaged. If I wouldn't have known that the furnace and AC unit were replaced, "I wouldn't have known." Simply FANTASTIC SERVICE, for which we are so thankful!

We recently had a geothermal unit installed by David J and his team. They were outstanding from start to finish. Arrived on time, were kind and courteous throughout the entire process, and clearly very knowledgeable. Our job was complex with many moving parts and it was all seamlessly handled. They took the time to explain things, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized while in our home for multiple days. The pricing was fair and honest, with no surprises. We truly appreciated their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC or geothermal work done.

I had Ryan and Corbin come out to replace and haul away my furnace and AC. These guys were very friendly and worked swiftly, but diligently. They arrived in the early morning and we finished up by mid afternoon. Ryan took time to show me how to use the new thermostat and explained thoroughly. Overall, their work looks great and my house is back to being warm.

We had HL Bowman come and install a UV light and a HEPA filter on our HVAC system in March. Part of the package is to have a complimentary system check. The tech came out today and inspected the outside unit and the unit in the basement. We were told the compressor was not working properly and would need to be replaced. We didn't have any issues prior to him coming out, so I called Bowman to explain this. I received a call at 6:30 PM the same day from the service manager, Bob Seeger. He took ownership of the issue and asked me how they could make things right. Even though it was late in the day, he offered to have someone come back at take a look at the unit. He said to give him 10 minutes and he would call be back. True to his word, he had Kiel come out and he was here within 40 minutes. Kiel did a thorough inspection of the unit and it turned out the capacitor was bad. Kiel had one in his truck and within minutes, we were back in business!! Bob kept checking back with me to make sure I was satisfied with the resolution and that we were up and running. I can't say enough good words about how he handled the customer service aspect of this. Both Bob and Kiel earned my utmost respect. It's refreshing to find a company that exhibits the true meaning of customer service and instills confidence in their customers.
