“We're into the heat of summer and I am reminded that I had the inaccurate perception that I would get a layer of insulating board over my roof deck prior to the installation of my roof. Now that the roof is done my only option is attempting to insulate through the eves or tear down the drywall. Am I happy that my roof doesn't leak- absolutely. I am still recovering from the cost of the roof.”

They filed a claim with our insurance company and managed the whole process. From the initial inspection, to the no pressure estimate, engaging with the insurance company, timely scheduling of the replacement, and post work inspection, the team was awesome. “The day that the project was supposed to start, we were informed that the color we requested wasn't available. Felt like it was poor communication. After the project, there were nails left. The clean up wasn't good after the project. They claimed they went through twice with a magnet, but after the walk through there were still nails. I noticed the plywood looked damaged in the attic.There were open wires from the exhaust fan left, and the wires were not capped. I haven't heard a response from St. Joseph's Roofing about addressing the issues.”
