“I actually wrote them a letter afterward; I was so pleased with them because I think that there's a lot of times these days where you don't get excellent service across the board and they really did provide it. I would give them, like, an A+ overall. We did a lot of research before we chose a roofer because we had to get the entire roof redone and the gutters, and we've never done that in a home that we've owned before. So because of that, we did a ton of research because my husband and I wanted to educate ourselves, feel really comfortable with understanding the process, and then kind of get a feel for the different companies and how they were and with the products that are used and, you know, how they go about things. And so, I think it was after 5 different companies that we had come to our house—DryHome was the one we selected. And then once they actually did the work, I think their communication was really fantastic. And then the work itself we were very pleased with, and I feel that they're just a really high quality, top-notch company.”

“It was wonderful. I thought the owner was very personable and hands on. Everything was great as far as attention to detail, timing, cleanup and everything. I had a new roof put on. I'd give them an A+. I would recommend them.”

“The customer service was good help with dealing with insurance and very responsive and reliable to work with. They did roofing and gutter installation. I'd give them an A+ overall. They did an excellent job. I already recommended them.”

“They did a fantastic job. They did roof and gutters for me. I would grade them an A+.”

“They did a good job. I've used these guys before. I had them do something a couple years back too. What really impressed me about them was the guy came out and he actually repaired a hole in my roof for free. There was a problem and he said, 'well you don't really need to get the roof replaced, I'll just fix the hole.' And he did it for free and I had him do all my gutters after that. Yeah, I really like those guys. I'd give them an A+ overall.”

“I thought they were the best I've ever used.”

“There was nothing in particular that I liked or disliked about them; my husband was the family member that was most in-charge of that project. I know that he was satisfied with the work that they did and the estimate and the process of working with them. They put on a new roof for us.”

“They did a great job. Great job—they did everything under budget. They did everything at least on budget, and they were courteous.”

“They did an excellent job. I thought they were very straightforward and their workmanship was very good. I had them put on an entire new roof including the plywood. I'd give them an A overall. They were very good. I'd recommend them. I get along with them.”

“DryHome did good work. Good to work with. They did a complete roof replacement. I'd rate them as an A+—they were really good. Showed up when they said they would. Got it done. They did good work, cleaned everything up out of the yard and everything. No issues.”

“They did good work, showed up on time. Always cleaned up at the end of the day. I know they did the roof—I don't know if they did anything else, I can't remember a year ago. I would grade them an A+. I would very likely recommend them.”

“They were responsive. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They got the job done in one day like they said. You know, they came in, put the roof on and left. I didn't have a ton of interaction with them but everything went as expected. I'd give them an A+ overall. Top marks. I mean, it's a roof, so it's not like it's something I can tangibly hold or touch but it looks good. Everything was done as expected.”

“We've used them for years. They're responsive and they seem reasonable and we trust them. They replaced the roof on our house and they did the gutters and down spouts on my mother's just recently and repaired some shingles that were broken. I'd say they're an A+ overall.”

“They were fine, the work was fine. I had to have the roof repaired. I would grade them an A.”

“DryHome put a roof on. I think they did a gutter installation too, I'm not so certain. I mean, it wasn't a whole lot. I'd give them an A overall. Their quality and expertise was, in and out, good, very good.”

“They're just on time and did what they said they were going to do. They replaced the roof and did gutters and a little bit of other stuff. I'd give them an A overall. I've already referred them out a couple of times.”

“Nothing stands out. They did roofing, siding, and gutters. I don't have any complaints. I'd give them an A- overall. I can't judge quality and expertise. I didn't have any problems with their cleanliness, punctuality, or customer service. If somebody asked me for a recommendation, I'd recommend them.”

“I liked the way how it all happened. They came and explained to me what would be done and then they gave me the price quote and basically, you know, did the job. I had my roof replaced. I would give them an A overall. So far it's not bad. I think it should be good because so far it's only been a month or so since I've had leaks in the roof and I don't have any problems so far.”

“I had an excellent experience with DryHome. Good-quality crew, and they were very responsive. They provided detailed answers to my questions. They did an excellent job. Excellent quality of work, perfect customer service, perfect punctuality, excellent cleanliness, and excellent expertise—it's an A+.”

“They were extremely knowledgeable. The guys on the roof were the hardest-working people I've ever seen. They were a great group of people to have working on your house. They were very good. I'd give them an A+.”

“DryHome did work for me. They did a full roof replacement. They were very professional, very clean in terms of getting the job done, and they didn't leave anything behind, collecting all the nails and remaining stuff from the work. They did it in a scheduled time, they were punctual, and they got it done. The way they handled the payment, communication and everything, we liked it. They were excellent. They deserve an A.”

“DryHome did some work for me. They gave me a new roof. I liked that they were responsive. They stuck to the quote that they presented to us, they were in and out, and they left the property extremely clean when they left. They came back and checked four or five days later to make sure everything was in order, and came again within about two weeks. They're an A grade company. I'm very likely to recommend them.”

“They put shingles on the roof. I liked that they had a very thorough proposal, complete with photographs. They were very specific and detailed about what they would do with the roof and the materials that they would use. Then they did a good follow-up check to make sure that the work was completed. I'd give them a straight A.”

“We had an estimate from another company, I can't remember who it was, but they recommended some things that were totally unnecessary. When DryHome roofing came in, their technician came in as an expert. He told us he was on some board for roofing, and we were able to check out his credentials. He told us that the information that the other appraiser had given us was completely bogus. They removed all of mama's roof and replaced it. The house is old, very old. I'd rate the overall experience an A+—though there were some nails and screws left out in the yard.”

“They did our roof. The guy who came out and did the estimate was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Everybody we interacted with, as far as scheduling and the actual installation, was very professional, and so far it's worked out really well. I'd rate the overall experience an A+.”

“We believe the experience was fine. It was a year ago that they came and did a total structural replacement of the roof—not just the top, but the building and support stuff underneath. My son-in-law was the person who was actually present during the activity, but it was good. They do good work. I have no complaints.”

“They showed up when they said they were supposed to, put in a new roof, and finished the job on time. I would grade my overall experience an A, and I would very likely recommend DryHome.”

“Their service was pretty timely. It was right at the end of fall that they came to do some roofing work. We beat the ugly winter weather, so that was good. I'd grade them an A-, and a little lower on cleanliness. They damaged a plant that I didn't notice until later. One of the landscaping plants was badly damaged.”

I can't say too much bad because they did the job, and it's not leaking, so that's good. I would say they deserve an A. Their customer service was fine. I spotted some nails. They didn't quite pick up all the nails.”

“They did a really good job on the roof. DryHome replaced the whole roof. I didn't have anybody to compare it to, but I just feel like they made a good sale. In the end, the roof was replaced, and they did a good job. They're an A.”

“DryHome worked on the roof and fixed a few gutters for us. We were very pleased. We were only going to do some of our gutters, but we decided to get all of our gutters done because we had a tree fall on them. They also did some flashing. We'd had some leaks prior to that, and there's no longer a leak. I'd rate them a solid A. It's extremely likely that I will be recommending DryHome in the future.”

“We had a roof replaced. They were prompt, they did a good job, and they did a good job cleaning up. The overall experience was an A across the board.”

“They had quick service. Since they finished that job, we had a couple of really heavy storms, but the roof stayed on. We didn't detect any leaks, so that was impressive. I was impressed personally by their planning. They brought the material the previous day and put it on the roof, so it was impressive. This was a whole new roof they put on my house. They're definitely an A. I recommended their services to my neighbors and some of them have called DryHome.”

“The guy that came out and did the estimate was knowledgeable, and the workers were hardworking. We have a big roof, and they did it all in one day. My husband is a carpenter, and he said they did excellent work. When we had people give us estimates, DryHome was the most knowledgeable, so that's why we chose them. I would grade them as an A.”

“They replaced my roof. Prior to making a decision with DryHome, I dealt with about four other roofing companies. Their guy who did the estimate for my roof was the only one who had the decency to respond to all the questions that I had put in writing to him. He took all the time in responding, and then he called me to follow up and make sure that I had all the information I needed. He followed up the day the work was being done. The workers did a marvelous job, and they cleaned up everything. You couldn't tell that all that work had been done that day with the way my yard looked. The roof looks great. There are no leaks, and I've been very pleased with the work they did. I would definitely say they get an A.”

“They did a fantastic job, and I liked the whole experience. They were prompt and professional, and they did good work. They replaced the roof in one day. They would be an A grade.”

“DryHome reroofed our home. They also put new roofs on a detached garage and a screened-in porch and replaced a structure on the back of the detached garage. They were very professional, they explained everything before they started work, and they did the work up to our expectations. The cleanup was complete, and they were quick with their job. They told us that they expected it to take three days, which it did, and it was perfect. I'd say they deserve an A.”

“We've always used DryHome. They're the one company we can count on to do what needs to be done. A couple of months ago, they did a bunch of odds and ends on my gutter system and some repair work on some roof shingles that needed to be replaced. I think it was a bunch of small jobs. It took them about four or five hours, but they did a darn good job. I'm so happy with them. There were no issues, and I would give them a straight A.”

“They were timely—they got in and got out. I've never had a problem with it. They put a new coating on our roof to repair it, and I haven't had a leak since. They had done some work for my wife, so she had their name from work that they had done before. They're an A.”

“They did a replacement roof for me. They did a complete tear-off. They tore off all the decking and then put down all the shingles. I met with the owner—he's the one who came out. He walked around, inspected what I had, and talked about what they would do. They walked through everything very clearly, they offered some different options for what I wanted to have done, and they delivered on time. So far, so good. It looks like good quality and good workmanship. They were clean with what they did around the house and stuff, and they did a good job picking up, so that was good. I'd give them an A.”

“They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did a really neat and clean job—they did an ace job of that. They re-roofed our house. Usually, when a house gets re-roofed, there are a million roofing nails around the house, but I did not find a single nail or piece of old shingle in my yard afterward. They did a fabulous job cleaning up, and everything has held up very well since the roof was completed. They earned an A.”

“Hiring DryHome was pretty positive. I called them to install two new skylights and to put caulking around the roof. We had to wait a while for one of their services, but otherwise, they were fine. I got the impression it was a scheduling issue or that they may not have had the people they needed to do that particular thing. I wanted to get them here because we were going to be out of town, and I certainly didn't want to be out of town when they were replacing my skylights. It was not my first time using them. There were no problems with the cleanup. I'd rate them as an A-.”
