I recently had a repair completed by Pond Roofing & Exteriors and had a generally positive experience overall. Dom handled the sales process well — he arrived on time for the initial appointment and was professional throughout. Communication did lag afterward, as I didn’t hear from the company for over two weeks, but they were still able to schedule and complete the repair within about three weeks of initial deposit. On install day, the crew of five arrived on time with site manager Felipe, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to questions. I made a point to confirm material matching beforehand, requested a walkthrough of the work, and asked for before-and-after photos. Some of the workflow steps discussed during the sales process didn’t appear to be followed, as no secondary onsite review and measurements took place before the final install. That said, the work itself was completed to my satisfaction. The price felt on the higher side, but fair given the quality of work and personnel involved. I would recommend that customers plan to be present during installation and ask detailed questions upfront to ensure expectations and roofing materials are aligned.

Everyone at Pond was so kind and thoughtful when it came to what we needed. Our home insurance company required a roof replacement and our sales experience with Nic made us select Pond over the other quotes we received. He didn't try to push us to over spend and any recommendations he made were provided without being pushy. He actually made recommendations on ways we could save money. On top of that, the day the crew came to complete the job, they noticed a fan pipe for our bathroom vent laying in our attic and installed it for us (no extra charge :)). Installation only took a day but they came twice to ensure the site was spotless after. I'll be recommending them in the future for any of my neighbors looking to replace their roof!

We have used Pond Roofing Company in the past, and our latest experience with them was equally excellent! This time, we hired them for a dryer vent stack repair and replacement, and they did a fantastic job. From start to finish, the communication and execution were top-tier. The office staff scheduled the work promptly and conveniently, and the project was completed quickly and professionally. What we especially appreciated came after the job was done: we received a detailed report with photographs of both the old and new materials, followed by a meticulous inspection. Every person we interacted with—from scheduling and the estimator to the crew and the follow-up inspectors—demonstrated an incredible level of care and professionalism. It is rare to find a company this thorough. We are highly satisfied and will absolutely continue to trust Pond Roofing!

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Pond. I thought I probably needed a new asphalt shingle roof because of its age (25+ years). Adam Schanzer of Pond Roofing arrived on time to do an inspection with a free estimate. He got on the roof, carefully inspected it and took photos that he shared with me. Adam said roof was in good condition and he saw no signs that it would fail anytime soon. In a business with a lot shady characters, I deeply appreciated Adam's thoroughness and honesty. When the time comes for a new roof, Pond will get my business, and I'll recommend Pond to anyone who asks!

Maynard Henry from Pond Roofing came out to my home to provide a roof inspection and estimate, and he was excellent to work with. He was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough throughout the visit. He took photos of my roof, attic space, and other areas, and clearly explained everything he was seeing so I could understand the condition of my roof and the recommended work. Although I have not had the work done yet, I feel very comfortable with the process so far and the information I was given. Maynard also went above and beyond by helping me with something in my attic that he didn’t have to assist with, which I really appreciated. He also walked me through the company’s history and coverage details, which helped me feel confident moving forward with a potential full roof replacement that includes a long-term warranty.
