“They were the lowest quote by a few thousand dollars, and the interaction in-person for the quote was great. The communication after confirming the quote was actually quite bad though; they showed up and started ripping the old roof off without ever confirming the construction date. It later came out they had incorrectly written down my phone number, but I had multiple email interactions so they could have contacted me through email. It was amazing that they completed the whole roof in one day, but I would have rather extended it over two days to have a more thorough cleanup; we're six months out and I'm still finding nails and other construction detritus.”
