The Shiner crew provided a prompt response to our request for an estimate, accommodated our schedule to set up the work, and then came at the time promised to do the work. They finished quickly, notwithstanding the horrendously hot weather, and left after providing a detailed description of all they did. I'd definitely recommend them for quality, timely work.

Ryan Turner has been a long-term trusted advisor of roofing needs for me and multiple members of my family. He recently advised roof replacement on my home and I appreciated his assessment. Kevin James was the project manager and he was professional and overall excellent to work with. Jose was the team leader who was directly involved with the job from start to finish in one day, including a thorough cleanup of the property. Overall a very positive experience with all three contacts.

We’ve been working with Shiner Exteriors for over 5 years now, and they have consistently provided outstanding service. Most recently, they completed our roof repair and roof replacement, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Bill was our main point of contact, and he was always responsive, professional, and extremely detailed in explaining the work being completed. Shiner Exteriors completed a complete roof replacement for us, to include a pitched roof and flat roof component as well. I am very pleased with the result and the quality of work that Shiner did. They exceeded my expectations in terms of communication and follow thru, on a somewhat complicated job. I am particularly impressed that Kevin Shiner took such a hands on roll to communicate with us, to include several on site visits to make sure things were going as planned. I enjoyed working with Kevin and Bill, the original estimator for the job. Would highly recommend them.

We just had a partial roof replacement which included replacing a skylight. The crew headed by Cris did an excellent job. They were prompt, polite, and efficient on a hot day. We will be glad to recommend Shiner to our neighbors.
