Bathtub to shower conversion. Kevin arrived on time and got right to work. He made sure everything in the bathroom was either removed or covered for protection from any dust or debris. He explained the process very well and told me what he was going to do. When the other technician arrived a few minutes later, he started to remove the debris and bring in the new shower system to be installed. The job went very smoothly and they were done and everything was cleaned by about 4pm. Kevin explained we should wait about 24 hours to let everything set up properly. During the installation we were asked where we wanted the shelves and grab bars located, and he installed them in those places. Very happy with the complete process and would highly recommended them.

Paul, Brandon and Michael came ready to begin the installation of my new walk in shower ON-TIME. They were polite, professional, skilled and answered any questions I asked. I only checked in on them 3 times, beginning of work, mid-way and final stages. Paul was courteous while measuring my arm's length to shower head mechanisms, grab bars and shelves, seat is placed well and comfortable for my [arthritic] knees and [daily aching] lower back. They cleaned bathroom and bedroom floor (tarps were used) very good. I am very grateful to these technicians and their sales coordinator-co-worker Ms Cheyenne Phipps. Ms Phipps was really patient with me when going over styles and product; she is professional, personal, knowledgeable about product and company policies. She's a recently hired employee but knows products etc like she is a seasoned veteran. In my opinion, she is definitely an asset to the PJFitzpatrick (Jacuzzi) company. She doesn't offer false services, she gives honest quotes and she worked patiently with me taking into account my needs vs my wants. All of her measurements were perfect as well. Product materials, like other things are costly, however she used available funding resources to get me what I wanted without overwhelming my limited senior pocketbook finances. I highly recommend PJFitzpatrick to supply and service your bathroom upgrade dreams without breaking the bank. I'm ver satisfied with my decision to contract this company AND very pleased with final outcome. Call for a consult with Mrs. Cheyenne Phipps, she's not pushy. Did I mention, she's professional, knowledgeable and personable. Because of this good experience, I am considering getting patio and entry doors from them.

Everyone that we spoke to were awesome, very knowledgeable and made sure the remodeling went smooth without any problems. Derrick the consultant was great, Frank the foreman was great, Edwin and his crew were awesome and helped with a chimney situation that was solved very fast by removing it making the house better looking. The gutter guys were great too. Everyone was A1.

My husband and I are thrilled with our new shower! It looks wonderful and installation was a breeze. Kevin J, Daniel, and Pastor were friendly and efficient. Both of us were working from home and the team let us know what and when they would need us to come look at items to make decisions (height of shelves, caulk color, etc) so we could have productive days. We could not be happier.

Kevin did a fantastic job installing our new tub and surround. His crew was polite, professional and clean. Our tiny little 1960 tub with peeling paint is now a gorgeous, insulated, super deep modern tub and has all updated fixtures. Definitely a turn key experience. One long conversation with the sales guy, then a single day of demo and install. Amazingly convenient and fast with Jacuzzi brand materials.
