Jaxon was awesome! His friendly attitude, respectfulness, and careful attention to detail, made everything run smoothly. He took his time to go through everything thoroughly, making sure we were completely clear on all options and costs, and he never pressured us for any extras. I replaced a 19 year old Lennox 5 ton single speed HVAC system with a new Lennox 5 ton EL18 variable speed HVAC system as well as a secondary return. Initially, I called Arthur because they were rated high on Google, they are local, and they had an efficient means to sign up for an appointment. The technician came promptly on Monday, inspected my old system, showed me pictures and I agreed we needed a new system. This is in late June, so I figured I would have to wait in line for an install date. Heck no, they were ready to install the next day. This is phenomenal speed and the install crew were professional and good at their craft. Another technician came and cleaned out my condensate line that very evening to ensure tip top operation. They even had a plumber come over pro-bono in the morning to help me with my condensate drain in my newly installed bathroom vanity. I have a ten year parts and labor warranty with Arthur on this new system. I know I am in good hands. This is a great HVAC company.

Jack is a Chad! Great guy! Arthur Heating & Air came through when we needed them most. Showed up real quick, checked everything out and found the issue we had. My AC is back up and running now, the doge is happy, the wife is happy. This company is really as great as the reviews are saying. If you’re looking for a company that will treat you right, Arthur is the one for you! Thank you Jack!

This is officially our new HVAC company. The tech was professional and friendly. He fixed the issue (adjusting a damper) and didn’t even charge me. Nice to see a company with integrity! Thanks so much!
