“The worst experience I ever had. As soon as the repair man came into the house, he told me he'd give me a discount if I leave 5 star reviews. None of the reviews could be true, as this company buys reviews in exchange for a discount! On top of that, when I asked him why the cost was so high, just out of curiosity, he scolded me and told me my generation (29) always needs to consult with their "financial advisors - aka mom and dad". Excuse me? I own my own house, I have a great job, was paying for this myself. Just wanted to know why it was so expensive. He clearly had an issue. He then pressed me to join their "club" and assured me it would only be $11 since it was only for 1 of 2 of our units. Find out, nope they charged $17 for both. I called their corporate office to report him after he left as it was the most disrespectful interaction - after spending nearly $700 mind you - and received a call the following day from the manager. He basically took the side of the repair man stating how he's worked for the company for 10+ years and how he's never had this problem. He said he'd follow up with him regarding the 5 star review discount, but not the insults he made to me. I was so disgusted. Do not use this company!! Trust me, there are much better companies out there! Check out Dragon Air - family owned business, great service, no pressure and explain everything they do.”

“My air conditioner went out and they did a wonderful job. James Mitchell came out and set up a portable unit with my odd windows. Mary Ann who answered the phone always followed up on everything I requested or questioned. There was a wait for the unit but I was updated.”

“There were a number of issues the last time they came out. I thought it would be a fairly simple repair, but the entire system died shortly after they left. I was then quoted a price to replace it that I think was outrageous. We had to replace the entire system, and they also talked us into doing more. A pipe in the secondary drain was broken during the work, which caused 15-20 gallons of water to leak onto the ceiling and into the drywall. It was a disaster. However, the manager has worked with me and managed to create a satisfactory solution.”
