“The last time Texas Air Doctors came out was just a routine maintenance, so they came out and checked both AC units that we have. One they installed, and the other was an existing one. They just checked to make sure everything was working, and the technician showed me how to change that, and was very helpful. It was a positive experience. They sold us a very high-end AC unit which is what we were looking for. From the initial contact with them, through the sales cycle, signing the contract, and getting the funding for it, everything was very positive and smooth. In the course of about two hours, everything was taken care of. Then they came out when the unit came in and installed it very properly. Professional in the installation; then they went over it with me. I would definitely grade them an A+, we had zero issues. The way they installed the unit that has the air filter in it—this is why I had the technician show me—they installed it in such a way that the air filter couldn't be removed. When you try to pull the air filter out, it would hit a ledge in the closet area where it's installed. I had to cut a piece out so that I could go in and remove it.”

We had a problem over Memorial Day weekend and their technician came out on Sunday of the holiday weekend, worked on our unit for 3-4 hours, keeping us apprised of what he was doing. Very courteous and professional. In addition, we had to purchase a new unit this year. I appreciated that they told us that we could fix the old unit but it would have been over $3,000 and we still would have had 18 year old unit, so we chose to replace our old unit. Again, very professional and I liked that they explained the two options as well as giving me information as to two possible units to purchase. Very informative!”

Texas Air Doctors was able to get me on their schedule in 4 days, and they brought out three window A/C units for my upstairs bedrooms in the interim. During installation, one of the workers stumbled in my attic and put his foot through my two-story living room ceiling. Fortunately, he was not hurt. It took an entire Saturday to repair the ceiling, though we were told it would only take a 'few hours.' Nevertheless, Texas Air Doctors took care of the issue without question, and the new units are working well.”

They installed the system, and when I needed them to come back out and make a couple of adjustments to it, they did it with no problems at all. Everything is perfect.
