“Since you guys keep sending me emails asking for my feedback that I haven’t wanted to give, here you go. I scheduled an appt for you guys to look at my chimney and fireplace for safety and cleaning, and I specifically told the scheduling woman what type of fireplace I have. When the person showed up, he told me you guys don’t service my type of fire place nor do you clean chimneys. So no work was done yet you still charged me the $100 service charge for the guy to show up. This could have all been avoided but your scheduler did not seem to care when making the appt.”

“I called late on a Saturday when my AC unit issued and emergency notification. The Tech (Brian) was there an hour later and solved the problem in about 25 minutes. He ensured everything was working and said he was the on call tech for the weekend and if we had any more problems to call”
