If I couldn't make it in time, she would communicate with the tech guy to get him back out at a better time. She communicated well both via text message and phone call. She was just so amazing. They sent the same tech person out each time. His name was Raul, and he was great. I really appreciate them sending out the same person each time with Covid-19 going on. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and provided the proper education to me about my project. “They came in the timeframe they provided and they called before they came. I was able to be ready for them. They called on their way. Their price was exactly what they said it would be. They came for a full check up because I was unsure if there was an issue. They didn't fix anything without talking to me first and then charge me for it. There was no manipulation or change of fee. Whenever we were done, the guy went over everything with me and broke everything down. He was very patient. He then sent me an email with information if we wanted to go forward with what he recommended. Everything was as expected. You never know what you're going to get when you try someone new. We were very pleased.”

“They did air—A/C inspection. They had to do minimal work for me. I'd give them an A.”
“The last time Texas Air Doctors came out was just a routine maintenance, so they came out and checked both AC units that we have. One they installed, and the other was an existing one. They just checked to make sure everything was working, and the technician showed me how to change that, and was very helpful. It was a positive experience. They sold us a very high-end AC unit which is what we were looking for. From the initial contact with them, through the sales cycle, signing the contract, and getting the funding for it, everything was very positive and smooth. In the course of about two hours, everything was taken care of. Then they came out when the unit came in and installed it very properly. Professional in the installation; then they went over it with me. I would definitely grade them an A+, we had zero issues. The way they installed the unit that has the air filter in it—this is why I had the technician show me—they installed it in such a way that the air filter couldn't be removed. When you try to pull the air filter out, it would hit a ledge in the closet area where it's installed. I had to cut a piece out so that I could go in and remove it.”

They tell me what has to be done. They tell me what are our options, as opposed to, 'Oh no, you gotta do this, or the sky will fall,' kind of thing—they didn't do that. Their work's guaranteed. We had a situation where we came home from a vacation, and the whole thing was out—the air conditioning—and they sent someone right then, and it was on the weekend. I'd give an A+.”

First I paid $600, and then the next time I had the same problem, I ended up paying the same amount. I actually had to remind them that I'm actually a member. The guy couldn't pick up in the system, so then I just had a $100 discount. But they were just too expensive, and I felt, if they fixed the problem—the three months problem—I shouldn't have the same problem again. I don't think I'll ever use them again. I'd give them a D. For the time, it worked, but after a few months I get the same problem. I wouldn't put a high quality on it, since I'm having the same issue over and over again. Customer service was excellent. I won't recommend Texas Air Doctors at all.”
