“We have had Bakers Brothers for the last 9 years handle all of our plumbing, electrical and furnace/AC issues including a new electrical board(ours was always an issue from day one). They helped keep it going til we were ready to completely redo. We also had serious issues when our AC units quit working one at a time! They helped us come up with a plan we could afford. I strongly urge everyone to get involved in their family plan as it pays for itself each year as you deal with all those issues that come up! You also get free service maintenance on those issues each year to keep from having serious issues! It’s nice to have one company dealing with all these issues.”

“I called BBP for service on my AC where the outdoor fan had quit. BBP agreed to send a technician out to look and sent me a text with a photo of the Technician "with years of experience" who would arrive to my home in a matter of minutes. When the person arrived, I explained my problem to her and asked for a quote to replace the capacitor that runs the fan. I inadvertently called the capacitor a "condenser" The person took a few minutes to quote me for a new entire unit for $4000. I returned the quote sheet and said that I had called the wrong company. I again explained wha I wanted, this time calling the capacitor by its correct designation, to which this person answered, "Oh, you need a technician for that." Well, isn't that what the text said BBP was sending out? A technician with "years of experience"? The Non-Technician left my home and promised to reconnect with BBP to send the correct person to see me. What a waste of my time... When I reported this to BBP via their own survey, there was not even the courtesy of a reply. The end result was that I did get a technician to visit and repair the issue, it just took another day and over $700.00. Therefore, I may use BBP again...recommend? No.”

“I had both an a/c technician and electrician from bakers brothers come out my property. They were both rude, cold and acted like they didn't want to do their jobs. The a/c technician didn't fix the issue I had with the ac unit. The bedroom ac was not blowing cold air. I had to get another company to come out to fix the issue.”
