The Total Air crew recently replaced my current central air system with a new system. Robert Reed came out to our house to review the space and determine the size of system needed to cool and heat our house. They helped me out with financing the new system thru Wells Fargo. The install then was done over two days the next week by Jose, Joe, and Vincent. They did a great job of installing our units and were very diligent to clean up after they were done. I would highly recommend the Total Air and Plumbing team for any AC repair or replacement needs you have at your house.

Top to bottom, we had a great experience with Total Air & Heat. We needed a full system replacement so we received quotes from multiple companies. What sold us was their attention to detail, prompt communication, and reasonable cost for what we received. They replaced our entire system(indoor and outdoor), repaired ducts in crawl space, updated electrical requirements, and installed a new thermostat…all in a day. Total pros! Super impressed and very happy we chose Total Air!

The company was quick and responsive. Came out same day to fix our AC. The technician they sent, Alex Hawkey, was awesome. He was helpful and very professional. Give that guy a raise! If I could give more stars than 5, I would.

We had an issue with the AC system producing a burning smell while being 10 degree cold weather outside. The technician came out and diagnosed the issue in less than 15 minutes leading to us finding out that one of the main power terminals smoldered. He fixed it in about 10 minutes and had us back to a warm house. We asked him why this happened and he was very knowledgeable on how that may have happened.

When our decade-old HVAC system couldn’t cool our house below 76 degrees today, we knew who to call: Total Air & Plumbing. Earlier this year, Mekonnen delivered some updates we didn’t want to hear about repairs needed: but he was on-point for every single item. We got other competitors’ quotes for a new install on one unit and ultimately went with Total Air because of Mekonnen’s thorough honesty and hard work to clean all our HVAC elements. (New system is phenomenal). Then, today, when a different unit (the old one) was blowing progressively hotter air, the customer service rep got us scheduled right away and Rafael the tech was able to run some tests, replace a part, offer a warranty and get us cooled off inside of a few hours….wow!! We are very grateful and will sleep better tonight thanks to the team at this company. (Even though Grandma will need an extra blanket again.) Seriously - thank you!
