My wife and I are very disappointed with the service and customer support we’ve received. The phone customer service is terrible. When calling to set up an appointment, the only helpful representatives are Gina and i believe her Tyler. They are excellent and honestly should be the only two people taking calls. For service visits. Jeffery is the only technician who has provided reliable service. Earlier this spring.We had our ducts cleaned and an air purifier installed. Now that the weather has changed, we turned on our heat and discovered it wasn’t working. We were freezing for two days. Thankfully, they sent Jeffery back out, and he found the issue there was a wire that had not been reconnected. On top of that. The previous crew left their trash and empty water bottles in our home that we didn't notice until we went to try to find out why the heat was not coming on. We try but we couldn't figure it out. Because of all this, we will be looking for a company that actually values and appreciates its customers. P.S. LIZ and CARLY ! If you call. And one of them answers. They are both very rude. Bad customer service !! You should expect to be disrespected. I'm Not sure how they are still employed. As im reading the comments. I see others are saying the same about those two. Maybe family ? But that should tell you that they don't care about the customers. It looks like they just take you money and treat you like trash! Maybe u should apply to work here. I because i would Get to over charge customers,be disrespectful to customers, go to customers homes, jack up the price, do the a half as job. Then.... wait for the customer to call back the next day to notify us that nothing is working. Then.... charge another service call fee to go back out to fix it the correct way the second time. Airco did a great job and I was happy with every phase from scheduling to diagnosis thru repair. They communicate very well and keep you up to date on everything . The value they provide made me change the companies I deal with when it comes to HVAC and plumbing. Great service company that has friendly employees across their company. Give this company a shot and you won’t regret!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with AirCo today. Both Jeff and Cesar were outstanding. Over my years of being an AirCo customer I’ve had Jeff and Cesar out before. These men really know their jobs. So professional and you believe what you are being told. Jeff and Cesar weren’t trying to tell me I needed a new unit without making sure we had tried everything else. I’ve now been an AirCo customer for 26 years. I have never doubted their outstanding air conditioner knowledge. Plus in Texas a customer must trust their air conditioner repair, or sales person. It’s truly a matter of life or death in August. Thank you Jeff and Cesar for being the best that AirCo has.

This is the worst plumbing job I have ever seen! Imagine trying to take a shower at the entire fitting comes off because the PLUMBER CLEARLY HAND TIGHTENED IT!!!! I don't know where the technician that was sent out here got his license or what master plumber he may have trained under but I'm pretty sure not tightening fitting by hand was in the first chapter! Not to mention I was charged $290+ dollars for this mess. AIRCO I need a response and a REFUND!

Highly recommend using AirCo. Ernesto handled our 22 year old heater and AC system replacement quickly and efficiently. The work that was done was clean and professional. We are very pleased with the service that was provided, and will be returning for all future needs!
