Another Excellent experience this time with Zach. We had our pilot light go out on our hot water heater on Thanksgiving day!! Zach took the time and worked around his family dinner to cme on out so that we could have hot water for our family that was arriving that day. I'm so grateful!! Thank you so much to Zach, and to Summers!! You guys are awesome!!! Highly highly recommend!!! Another great experience with Kyle. Being thorough and addressing the issue as needed even when surprises occur along the way!! Another great experience with Tony from Summers as I had them cime back to check levels again to be sure of levels & he went over ever area again & discussed options for me! Was very helpful & informative My experience with Summers was awesome!!! Kyle was very thorough and answered every question I had & I had ALOT of questions about various issues/ areas.There was a lot of corrosion & debris and he did a wonderful job cleaning it out. I was concerned about possible natural gas and carbon dioxide leak & he made sure both were checked even calling a coworker nearby to bring co2 monitor. He was great!!! My furnace and air conditioner is over 30 years old, as part of the yearly maintenance review, Kyle did a great job calling out the possible concerns with the old unit. He came by a few days later and walked me through step by step the issues and already had options ready for me to look at. Kyle is easy to talk to and I appreciate his sales style. After adjusting a few things I was happy to purchase a new furnace and air conditioner. Last year I bought a water heater from Summers and was happy to stick with them for HVAC also. The best part is they will install next Wednesday. Can't wait to count up those savings from a more efficient system.

5-Star HVAC Checkup Review – Summers HVAC and Plumbing I had my annual HVAC tune-up with Summers HVAC and Plumbing, and technician Kyle knocked it out of the park. The service was professional, thorough, and completely hassle-free. Kyle arrived early, communicated clearly, and spent over an hour on a detailed inspection of our 10-year-old heat pump system. He checked refrigerant levels, electrical components, coils, drain line, blower motor, thermostat accuracy, and more—explaining everything in plain language and sharing photos of his findings. No pressure sales, just honest feedback: the system is running efficiently and should last another 5–8 years with regular care. He suggested only two minor, optional items (UV bulb next spring and a small duct seal), both reasonably priced. He left the area spotless, provided a clear digital report, and showed me a few useful tips for monitoring the system myself. Outstanding service—honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. I’ve already booked next year and recommended them to neighbors. Highly recommend Summers HVAC and Plumbing!

Kyle was very friendly, informative, and respectful. He answered all of my questions in a way that I could fully understand and gave me a diagnosis for my furnace. He also helped me reach a solution that was the most realistic and the most beneficial for my family. Had a great experience with him & Summers as a company!

Had an awesome experience with the newer tech Jacob Hathaway. He came and diagnosed the problem very quick and went above and beyond my expectations. Very happy with the whole company and thanks for some of the knowledge to keep my furnace up and running good..All in all I’m glad to be a new member in the Summers membership!! Thanks Jake!
