I had a great experience with ABC Plumbing Perfect. They replaced my water heater and pressure tank and did a thorough, professional job from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and left the work area clean. Everything is running perfectly with no issues. I appreciate the quality of the work and would definitely recommend them.

Tony K. is the best technician we have ever had since using Perfect Home Services for 6 years now. He took care of the issue we called about and also saw and fixed things that others missed. Very impressive work ethic, professional, thorough and a super nice guy!

Tammer and Saeed came out from Perfect Home Services and rewired the humidifier to work and repaired 3 water leaks under warranty. Great skilled technicians, and it is worth using a reputable company that has great warranties and stands by there customers and work!

Consumer, Beware! I contacted Perfect Home Services thinking it was a local company as I prefer to deal with local services. I needed to have a kitchen faucet spray diverter replaced. What happened next was not what I expected. I began receiving texts and calls from ABC plumbing which was very confusing to me. In calling the company to check on what was going on, "Sophie", an AI assistant is the only one to answer the phone and only identified herself as an AI voice after I asked if she was AI. She then proceeded to inform me that no service call was scheduled in reference to my phone or address. That should have been a warning sign. When the technician contacted me directly, he then disclosed that Perfect Home Services is an ABC Heating Plumbing AC service. The technician was polite but did not listen to what repair I needed and quoted me an estimate almost $1100 for a faucet rebuild. I did not need a faucet rebuild! What I needed was to have the spray diverter replaced. And I had the replacement part that was sent by the faucet company! So basically, I was in need of the labor to complete the repair. I should have hung up when "Sophie" was who I initially was in contact with, answered the phone. I am very upset that 1) the company misrepresented itself on the internet, as to who it was and what affiliation it had with a larger service and 2) did not listen to what was work was needed and the attempt to upsell its service. Will not EVER call them again!

The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because so far we only did an initial consultation. Ceferino was great though! My client needed a plumber in asap so I called around 9 am and they were able to meet me at 3pm. He was communicative, on time and helped explained a few different solutions that I was able to pass on to my client.
