Some proposals recommended boilers in the 120,000–150,000 BTU range for my townhouse with only 90 feet of baseboard — and at significantly higher prices. In contrast, Keith Williams took the time to explain the heating load, why proper sizing matters, and the technical reasoning behind his recommendation. It felt like true consulting rather than a sales pitch. His professionalism and patience gave me confidence that the decision was grounded in sound engineering. The installation team — Adan Ruiz and Edgar — were outstanding. They were organized, precise, and extremely detail-oriented. They flushed the system, verified pressures, tested every baseboard, and made sure everything was fully operational before leaving. A supervisor stopped by during the installation to review the work, and customer support followed up to schedule a quality audit — impressive quality control. From the initial quote through contract and payment, the entire process was clear, structured, and professional. Four Seasons stood out not just on price, but on competence, transparency, and execution. Highly recommended.

Our 4 Seasons Crew did a great job of responding back to me when our a/c-furnace was not working. I called and was able to make an appointment for service the next day. The service people were professional and knowledgeable. Gerardo was one of our installation professionals and he was very responsive to our needs. Within a matter of hours they removed our old furnace and replaced it with a new elevated Lennox furnace. I have used them in the past and will continue to use this company. I would highly recommend this company.

Had an HVAC system installed. A/c, coils, furnace. Was misled to think buying a 2 stage furnace instead a 1 stage would be able to dynamically controlled with nest thermostat. Then after intstallio the sales person says it can not, but isn't completely sure because he's just in take and not a tech. Acting as an expert to make the sale but after claim something different is one reason to avoid 4 seasons. Another reason is my furnace was installed with a vent above to filter making it useless. They sent an inspector to check in the work done and it was agreed that installation was done wrong. Without my calling and explaining the lies regarding sales an inspector coming out would not happened and this wire would have been found out in however many years it would take for debris to kill the furnace. When you call four seasons prior to purchase things move quickly. When there's an issue you can multiple times only to have to get past their ai answering system, then an actual person, then because you have a case open you'll get transferred to their dedicated customer relations team when never answer and you go to vm and so far never hear back from them quickly if at all. Stay away from 4 seasons. They claim to have a great warranty and service, but be warned there is no urgency when something goes wrong... And it will if you take apart their furnace to inspect it yourself and notice it.

We were in need of a new AC Unit and immediately were presented with the utmost professionalism, honesty and respect by two of the finest HVAC Technicians from Four Seasons HVAC company. Both Martise Davis and Ahmed Tims informed us of the process in installing the new AC unit. They are knowledgeable, articulate and very responsive in making sure that the job was done. Not only were they both working cohesively, but displayed Great Pride in accomplishing their job performance. Both Martise Davis and Ahmed Tims are the perfect role models of what every company should have their employees model after. Four Seasons is by far the Best of the Midwest!

I called for an estimate to replace my HVAC system. They responded promptly. Adam visited the same day and gave a great price. No nonsense talks. Straight to the point with full transparency of the price. Worked with Anthony who is also very much responsible worked towards scheduling the installations asap. The installation was done by Adan Ruiz and his partner. Adan is very professional and did a fantastic job and on time. Maintained a great working area throught the installation process. Explained the detailed process. Very nice, clean and perfect and professional work produced by Adan. Also he followed all the procedures depeicted by Four Seasons. The work he is performing is full of professionalism, ethics, hygenic, and transparency. He and his partner is great asset to Four Seasons for its growth and business. Keep up the good work.
