Had Alex come out mainly to install a garbage disposal. Did a fantastic job with the install being thorough in all he did. Hooked up a dryer vent in my crawlspace as well. Offered some suggestions on the venting and with everything repeatedly offered to come back out if any problems. I feel very secure in all he’s done. Extremely satisfied with all he did. A very efficient and hard worker. Great guy!

Great company. Come same day. Good tech to follow process and pay. Nice and experienced professionals. Most importantly if you have an issue after a service, they have your back. No nickel and dining. Unless of course it’s a totally different issue. . I called and had an issue that was maybe related to the service. Arguably not. On a freezing high demand day. They figured out how to get someone to come out same day. Even waited for me when I was late coming home. No extra charges. Fixed problem. Great customer service! Wins every time

We received first class customer service from the first call as a new customer to book a plumbing repair, to completion of the job. Our plumber arrived on time, assessed the work to be done, gave us a price, and finished the job. He was friendly and helpful throughout. We're happy to have an established, reliable, family run business like this to turn to for our household maintenance and repair needs.

I've been really impressed with every interaction we've had with Dan and his team at OneStop. We've used them for an emergency plumbing fix, adding a battery backup sump pump, and installing a new furnace and AC. Because we had good experiences with them early on, we signed up for their maintenance plan and they've been terrific at squeezing us in on short notice when things have come up. Not to mention everything we've had done was reasonably priced relative to other quotes we've received and they've been honest about what work needs to be done, and what is "nice to have" but not immediately necessary. Would definitely recommend to others looking for plumbing or HVAC services.

Fast, transparent, kind, professionals with straightforward pricing. I found OneStop online when I was looking for a local plumber. I spoke to a real, local employee. She quickly scheduled an appointment for me, fitting me during the busy holidays, and the plumber was fast, straightforward with the cost estimate, and did the work well. Could not be more impressed. They will be my new go-to repair service for plumbing and HVAC. I’ve used other prominent DuPage County companies in the past but they either overcharge me, are too busy, can’t make their appointments, or do quick and dirty work.
