Had emergency sitation where the AC was not blowing with force and cooling the home. Ice was forming on suction lines. (see pic) Dan from One Stop texted me with instructions, I turned off the AC and let fan blow - melting the ice before he came. Dan showed up in 2 hrs and ran quick evaluation and basically identified that the main issue was that filter was dirty and just needed to be replaced. He showed me on his pressure monitor explaning that the coolant was full and did not need topping up and that there was no leak. Just dirty filter. We saved $$$ - What could have been $500-1000 unnecesary work. Top marks for honesty, profesionalism and speed definitely will be calling them again . Well done!

OneStop Pro Plumbing was amazing to work with. Fair and honest quotes/pricing. We had our sump pump replaced and installed a back up battery system with WiFi capability. Alex is very skilled and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them and will be calling them again for future plumbing work.

Had Alex come out mainly to install a garbage disposal. Did a fantastic job with the install being thorough in all he did. Hooked up a dryer vent in my crawlspace as well. Offered some suggestions on the venting and with everything repeatedly offered to come back out if any problems. I feel very secure in all he’s done. Extremely satisfied with all he did. A very efficient and hard worker. Great guy!

I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of services. Jeromy and his team of coworkers were extremely helpful. They even stayed late to make sure we had heat in the house back in Oct 2025. A week after replacing both AC and furnace our water tank needed to be replaced. So definitely a 5 star rating! Thank you for all of your hard work.

Excellent service! We were selling our house and needed HVAC work done ASAP. Not only did they do a great job but came out within a couple of days and did an amazing job. Great to work with and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them to work in your home. Five stars!!
