They bought the local HVAC company and are continuing the same great customer service and craftsmanship with reasonable prices. I sleep great at night knowing my furnace and central air were installed by them. I also had them clean out my vents throughout the house and they did a remarkable job.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Marques Bryan did an outstanding job! He arrived promptly, was very professional, and took the time to educate me throughout the entire process so I understood what was causing the issue and how he fixed it. He wore shoe covers to protect my home and even placed protective coverings on the floor where he set his tools, which I really appreciated. He quickly diagnosed and cleared the clog, and my kitchen sink is draining perfectly again. The entire experience was friendly, efficient, and stress-free. From scheduling to same-day service within just a few hours, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Marques Bryan and Precision Today Plumbing. Before you jump to conclusions . I want a five star review to two employees of this company . - Michelle Ballard Director of Call center operations. - Carlos Santos- Onsite Engineer. We have a Train unit around one year old. During our last heat wave we noticed a best described electrical sound coming from the unit and our house struggling to maintain a temp below 80 degrees even with the thermostat set to 72 . We phoned Precision and had an onsite tech evaluate on July 2nd stating that the compressor was grounded and needed replaced . He stated he would order the part immediatly and replace it . A week went by with no update or follow up . We phoned over and over and over getting automated agent to dispatch to no call back SIX TIMES . On 7/13 I phoned in and was connected with Michelle Ballard. She took the time to review everything and found all gaps in the communications . She immediately took action and directly contacted all parties to have the issue resolved. She stated she would follow up with me the next morning and make sure all was in process. She did that true to her word. She was exceptional compared to other channels in this company . The right person makes the bad situation change in minutes . Michelle is the right person. Carlos our onsite engineer arrived onsite . He had no notes on what was wrong and started from scratch diagnosing the issue again. He worked outside in above 100 degree heat index . We provided him to come inside our home and cool off and also provided water during this time . He was curtious and worked hard to verify the compressor was grounded and needs replaced. He ordered the part and we will await his follow up. However this gentleman did everything he could to make our AC work on spot . It just could not be at this moment . I only provide three stars to the company in general as they lack communication and customer service outside of these two people. It took six calls to find the right person to get this addressed . Instead of cutting corners with automation put human intervention in place . If I had not connected with Michelle this would be a very nasty review .

Julien (Martinez) provided an extensive variety of electrical services throughout my home. His work was absolutely outstanding. He explained everything with patience and clarity. His performance was exemplary in every way. Mohamad (Jodeh) lent a helping hand with generosity and skill. Both young men were so polite and respectful.
