I called Baethke Plumbing when my tankless water heater stopped working. The most impressive thing was how fast they identified the unusual issue and resolved it quickly. I’d definitely use them again for simple or complex items - shout out to Josh for excellent work and taking the time to evaluate the entire situation and explaining the issue to me.

I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience with Baethke Plumbing. From the moment I called, the team was prompt and remarkably friendly. They handled everything with such sincerity and reliability, showing up exactly when they said they would. It is rare to find a plumber that combines professional skill with such genuine customer care. I felt completely at ease knowing my issue was in good hands. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted service provider in the area. Five stars all around for their professionalism, quality of work, honesty, speed, and overall value.

Baethke plumbing is great! We had to have several projects done over the past few years, and the most recent, with Karry, was exceptionally well done. And, he and James were very good at explaining their work to me, and sharing photos of the process after it was completed. Additionally, The staff who answers the phone are all very professional and helpful. It's nice to know about how long a project might take when scheduling. We got a text with a photo of the technician when they were on our way to the house. They came with all sorts of supplies in their truck, so when the realized the work needed was a little different than previously expected, they were able to pivot immediately and get the project done same day! Every technician from Baethke is kind and polite in our home, leaving everything very clean. I can often get work done while they're there, and even my pets are nice and calm (albeit safely out of the way!)

I highly recommend Baethke Plumbing and, in particular, Karry Iatropoulos for outstanding service during our recent plumbing emergencies. Karry was responsive, professional, and thorough, taking the time to clearly explain the situation, the available options, and the work being performed. The quality of his workmanship was excellent, and his attention to detail gave us confidence that the repairs were handled properly. I have been extremely satisfied with Baethke Plumbing’s service and would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others.

Baethke Plumbing is fantastic….. Matt Kopjo was so pleasant and knowledgeable…. Took his time on our maintenance inspection we have with Baethke Plumbing for any issues and was not afraid to give helpful advise.
