In less than 24 hrs they answered the call and delivered. Very professional and respectful. From the initial call to the end all involved were empathetic and provided answers to all questions. Kevin showed up after normal working hrs and assessed the situation. Immediately he made a call and connected me with Justin who first thing this am came over and provided an estimate which no one could beat!! Mark, Ryan and Adam all arrived shortly after and installed a new furnace (upgraded of course) with careful consideration of my home. So happy with the service. They were humble and I’m glad they let me take a pic to share the experience!

Donnell serviced my furnace today. He was very thorough, explained the details, and made great suggestions regarding types of furnace filters and the frequency of changing them. He also suggested changing the thermostat batteries yearly, which I did not know or do. He showed me how to remove the cover and adjust the time after changing the batteries out. I would like for him to service my furnace next year as well. He was one of the best serviceman you have sent out. Thank you. I sure hope you value the good service Donnell provided. Ms. J Pulphus

Bryan was very polite and provided the information about the repairs that we needed. He discussed options and probable costs of the work that we need to have completed. He thoroughly recommended their 24/-7 Service plan to me. Bryan was very helpful after the installation of the 3areas of concern. The Plumber Andy & Ziggy were very conscience of our household needs. With swiftness the removed and replaced all of the parts that needed to be replaced. They came back when a minor mishap occurred and found the resolution to a somewhat near serious problem. I would recommend the entire Team again. Those considering plumbing needs, I highly recommend investing on the 24/7 Service plan Protectiom!

Tim buek was absolutely amazing doing maintenance on our furnace! Friendly professional and very knowledgeable! Made sure to explain ti us what we needed to focus on in order of priorities and why! Summers has always been our go to and we couldn't be more happier with the service provided!

Recently, Donnell came to our house to do a yearly inspection of our furnace. He was very professional and thorough. He explained what and the process of what he was doing. While here he gave us some recommendations for additional things that could be done to protect our furnace in the event of power outages. He also put in an order for filters for the Solace Air cleaner we have in our house. They should be delivered to the home in a couple days. He was kind enough to make sure I was putting the filters in correctly. He took the time to answer any questions we had on what was being done while he was here. Thanks, Donnell, for being very thorough, taking the time to answer any questions we had and ordering the filters we needed.
