It's February and my furnace motor died unexpectedly during the night. Called Summers (1st time customer) at 8:00am. Within 10 minutes of finishing up the call a service tech was at my door. The replacement was promptly installed and everything is working as expected. Very grateful for the service and professionalism. I highly recommend Summers.

Called because A/C would not turn on. Changed batteries in thermostat and it still would not turn out. Ben checked everything inside and out and found that the on/off switch must have gotten bumped and was on off. Turned switch on and problem solved. I felt stupid but very grateful that this was the only problem

Excellent Customer Service! Michael came and inspected our air conditioner unit, was very professional and informative. So hard to find these qualities in a company now days. Will definitely be using from now on. Update: Our air went out today, called Summers, Mike Z came out and in no time at all had it up and running! Thanks MIKE Z!

I can't say thank you enough to HVAC technician Robert for the amazing job with our recent furnace service. He arrived promptly, was considerate and provided great education on evolving problems with our now older unit. While I would love to replace the entire thing given it's age, such a big project would be difficult right now. He simply told us what was wrong in a professional and neighborly way. I never felt pressured, as he clearly explained the parts that were in need of immediate service and what aspects we had a little more time on. The unit was cleaned beautifully and the filter was replaced. We will change out the damper motor at our spring service in a few months. As busy young parents with little knowledge of HVAC or plumbing maintenance, it gives us great security to have a company like Summers and a technician like Robert in our corner.
