“I had a guy come out the first time to replace a battery operated sup-pump. This pump burnt out and it was out of warranty. The second guy came out to replace it. He told me it was getting stuck next to the wall. He put a support in the center and now it is working fine. I believe that the first guy did not install it correctly. I can not recommend Lake Cook Plumbing because of this situation. I had to pay for the replacement part in full.”
