“They charge using a predefined job vs. cost table instead of by the hour. Though the work to be done did not match any of the jobs listed, the technician chose one that had some of the right key words,. That is too inflexible. Thus, for a 2.5 hour, simple job (and part of that time the technician had to leave to get a part), it came out to be $425/hr. My fault that I did not get another estimate. I will think twice about using them next time.”
