Dario was extremely professional and patient when explaining both the additional issue he discovered with our kitchen sink and breaking down the cost of both repairs. He was willing to work within our tight time schedule on a last minute job. Five stars, will hopefully be able to work with him again for any future repairs!

I had a really great experience with Alex from Dear Services. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time going through everything with me instead of just giving me a list of problems and moving on. He explained what each component was, what it did, and what he was seeing with my electrical system in a way that actually made sense. One of the biggest things he found was that my electrical panel had been recalled and was considered unsafe. I had no idea about the recall, and Alex took the time to explain why it had been recalled and what the safety concerns were. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how willing he was to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or like I was bothering him. After having Alex look over the electrical in my home, I honestly feel a lot safer and have much more peace of mind knowing what's going on. It's nice to have someone who actually takes the time to explain things and make sure you understand what you're dealing with. Alex was professional, thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing, and I never felt like he was just trying to get through the appointment as quickly as possible. I would definitely consider using Dear Services for anything else I need done in the future, and I would absolutely recommend Alex to anyone who wants someone knowledgeable and trustworthy to take a look at their home.

I had a great experience with Deer plumbing especially the office staff. I spoke with Erika and she assisted me with professionalism, she was kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. She made scheduling super easy and stress free. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. I recommend speaking to Erika and Deer on there plumbing needs! They did a great job!!

Right away, on my first call with DEAR, I was greeted warmly and emphatically by Erika. I was blown away by her customer service! That’s rare nowadays! She was so patient on the phone with me, listening to my situation and helped me throughout the whole process. From the first Emergency phone call, to scheduling an appointment; the process was easy and went smoothly thanks to her. I felt very well taken cared of. Thank you so much Erika for assisting and guiding me through everything. She’s incredible, truly a gem of a person. So grateful for her and exactly what I needed in a time of trouble. She’s the best!!
