I had a fantastic experience with Daniel R. from Dear Services! Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the plumbing issue, and clearly explained what needed to be done before getting started. His workmanship was excellent, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the care he took to keep everything clean and tidy while working. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to make sure his customers are satisfied. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Had a water main break on Christmas Eve, had them come out and give me a price and signed a contract. It was almost 30k after taxes and was supposed to be done in one day, the day after Christmas. That day comes and they call and say they can’t come. Mind you I have no water and I’m a retired 79 year old woman. Took them over a week to get me water back and did a half assed job on install, left trash, got debris in my lines so I had to hire someone else to fix that since I couldn’t get them to and failed inspection. Inspector even said it was horrible work. What was supposed to take 1 day took over a month in a half. Only reason they fixed the half assed job they did was because they failed inspection(when they came to fix it the employee didn’t even know what he was there to fix I had to inform them) and one of my family members who knows construction called them out on it. Also good luck getting ahold of anyone but an AI operator and if you leave a message they never call back. If i could give negative stars I 100% would, feel taken advantage of. Highly recommend going with a different company

Jayden was here today for a inspection of water heater, house waterlines and pressure test for Psi at outside faucet. Jayden did a fantastic job on those items. I was impressed by his knowledge of plumbing services and he was very friendly as well. I'm sure he's a great asset to your Company. 5 stars

They sent Erik to look at my water heater situation for replacement to peovide options and pricing. Erik was amazing. He was thorough, courteous and respectful of my time and space. He went above and beyond to explain things and tried to see if he could solve some of the challenges we were facing. In fact he figured workarounds quickly where as another company could not. I really enjoyed talking to Erik. Will update if I go with this company.

Extremely knowledgeable. Courteous. . Polite and helpful!!!! Went above and beyond what was nessessary to exemplify service and helpfulness. I’d give more starts for both Andy and Matt. Andy in particular tried to helped me ( an older grey haired old lady ) trouble shoot the electric garage door that wouldn’t open when I tried to let them in🤣😂. Kindness and consideration. A rare thing these days. Good job having these two one your team!!!
