Professional service, timely and great quality work. After setting appt you get worker ID sent to you before appt. So you know who'll you'll be working with. I had 4 new bathroom fans with lights installed, with their brand Pansonic recommendation, the fans are so quiet! Loving the extra light in the bathroom and quiet fan. Thanks As you wish!

Jon was great, detail oriented and thorough. On time, early even and hard working. We had many needs, he fixed everything. He was friendly and personable. I received a text from As You Wish for an A/C Tune-up special that turned out to be so much more than expected. After setting up an appointment, Tessa from the office texted a confirmation along with a photo of my technician, Rich. Rich was fantastic—on time, extremely knowledgeable, and highly communicative. Following his comprehensive inspection of my furnace and A/C, some serious issues were discovered. My 20-year-old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, which Rich showed me via camera, and the 30-year-old A/C had lost its cooling efficiency, wasting a lot of energy. Rich spent nearly two hours on-site, all for the amazing special price of $29! He offered a free replacement estimate and had the office schedule it around my upcoming trip.[1] Two weeks later, Dan Severt arrived promptly to take measurements and size the new systems. He provided a detailed estimate, explained my options, outlined the installation process, and covered financing. I decided to proceed using a GreenSky loan, which offered monthly payments with no early payoff penalty and no interest if paid in full within 18 months. Dan called the office to schedule the job and kickstarted the loan process. Shortly after, Tessa texted the installation details to begin the very next day. Tessa sent another text to confirm the appointment with photos of the incoming technicians. The next morning, she notified me they were on their way and provided a tracking link to monitor their progress. Technicians Obet and Cody arrived to begin the installation. As expected with a 40+ year-old home adapting to modern building codes and smart systems, a few issues popped up. The guys kept me informed at all times, explained my options, and executed clever workarounds. Dan even stopped by personally to evaluate the situation, answer questions, and offer advice. Soon after, a highly experienced Carlos arrived to assist with problem resolution. The team worked incredibly hard from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. to finish up for the electrician. They left the job site clean and hauled away the old units. Meanwhile, Sarah back at the office handled the necessary permits and texted me that she had arranged the two required inspections—one for electrical work and the other for Snohomish County building code compliance. She let me know both entities would reach out directly to schedule. I then received a text that the electrician, Fredo, would arrive early the next morning. He showed up right on time and finished the electrical work just as Benjamin arrived. Benjamin completed the final system checkout, testing, and startup, and demonstrated how to program the new smart thermostat. Everything worked perfectly. Without exception, everyone involved was punctual, highly communicative, organized, and skilled. They were courteous, positive, and completely respectful of my property. This was, by far, one of the best experiences I've ever had with skilled labor! Kudos to As You Wish for employing quality people and using premier HVAC suppliers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to update or service their existing equipment. Ordinarily, I would have sought multiple estimates for such a massive investment. I don't know how As You Wish compares to competitors on price, but I am glad I didn't look elsewhere. I might have gone with a cheaper option, but I know for sure I couldn't have found anyone better!

Matthew came out for a whole house plumbing inspection and a small project estimate and was able to get the projects we identified scheduled and completed the very next day! His inspection was thorough and informative with no attempt to sell us on any work.We needed a leaking sprinkler spigot system fixed and choose to also add a whole house water shutoff and PSI control on our main water line. Matthew and Mike were here the next day and did outstanding work! They were efficient and friendly as well. They kept things clean and cleaned up fully when done. While most of their work is somewhat invisible (under ground and under the house), I included a couple pictures to show how they had attention to detail in what we can see. We are very appreciative of their conscientiousness, knowledge and cordiality.

Eric and Peter came by to fix a wiring issue a previous contractor left behind. They were on time, very professional and left the property cleaner than it was before they arrived. Eric let me know how long the service would take and he was very accurate with his timing. I greatly appreciate the information provided before the work began. I’d definitely work with this company again based on the workmanship of these two employees.
