The crew from Alpine showed up in fine spirits to install 3 mini splits in our old home. From the first walk-thru until the final remote training, each interaction was kind, personal and professional. I felt they cared about us and our home. Upgrading from a single wall heater to AC and heat in areas where our home had never been any, was a big change. I am a gardener. They asked me about the exterior placement of the main unit. I was able to move a sensitive plant, which was a small but big thing to me! I was surprised when the owner, Cory, arrived with a trainee. He said they work to install like it was their own home. I could see that was true when they ran cables thru the crawl space, and made the wire wall covers shape nicely on the exterior. We certainly recommend Jordan, Josh, Justin, Everett and the rest of the crew that supported our install!

We really appreciated the service we got from this company. Everyone in the team had a level of knowledge, professionalism, and hard work that exceeded expectations. Matt came and gave us our estimate for getting a new heat pump and air conditioning installed, he was able to explain in a common sense approach that we really appreciated. Then the day of the installation Michael and Jordan showed up, they were quick in getting the installation done in half of a day and professional the entire time they were here. After that Everett came and finished the electrical aspect, and answered all of my questions about their service program. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to update their home. It’s hard to turn down a competitive bid on quality equipment from an outfit with a sparkling reputation, so we didn’t. Josh got us lined up promptly with the proposal option we selected, coordinated installation times both with me and directly with our tenant, and the crew arrived promptly in the morning on our installation date. I asked Jason, our crew lead, for one thing: to pay attention to a clean installation. Boy, did they deliver. Everything from the compressor pad to the line hide to the panel work was executed with meticulous care, and was left looking as pristine as a surgical suite. Inside the home, the wall head is placed well, perfectly level, and performing admirably to move air throughout the lofted unit — it was sized perfectly for our needs. Additionally, our tenant reports that her interactions with every workman on the team were pleasant, professional, and friendly. That was also my experience. We have a happy tenant. Alpine has a happy customer — and a referral. My mother-in-law is nearly ready to replace her secured heat pump, and she’s already gotten a strong hint from me about Alpine’s utter professionalism and superior workmanship. 10 outta 5 stars to these guys.

I had an excellent experience with Alpine Douglas! Their entire crew was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the plan before getting started. It was clear they worked well together as a team, and the quality of their work really shows. I truly appreciated their communication, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. Alpine Ductless Changed Our Lives!!! Josh's consultation was informed with all options including the PSE rebate and no pressure. A real gentleman. The installation crew of Jason, Justin, Mark & Lee were real pros They did it right, the way we wanted and left everything clean as a whistle!
