Jordan came out to evaluate my home for an EV outlet install. He identified several deficiencies, some of which were even critical to my home's safety, even without an install. He happened to have an opening the very next day, so he performed a panel swap and an EV outlet install. He was knowledgeable, thorough, explained everything in precise detail, and even gave me some helpful pointers to help keep my home safe.

ECO staff are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs. Elizabeth quickly dispatched a plumber for first thing in the morning after I reached out 10 pm the night before. Caleb, the expert plumber went to above and beyond to insure my water heater was working. While waiting he installed my new kitchen sink faucet and replaced the out of code p-trap under the sink. He is knowledgeable and passionate about his work. We need more in the trades like Caleb! 👍🪠👷🏾♂️The electrical team went above and beyond. ⚡️🔋⚡️🔌 They did the whole job in two days. Then came back later to install my bathroom vanity as it had not yet shipped. Everyone in this company is professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely use them again! 👍🥰

Nate spent a long time thoroughly assessing my electrical system and recommending and prioritizing the work that should be done. I appreciated his attention to detail and putting up with my constant barrage of questions. Update after work was performed: Functionally excellent work replacing my panel and adding 3 new outlets. The 110v outlets look great. And the 220v outlet looks way better then expected. I’m not sure what I should have expected when it comes to the appearance of the new panel. Compared to everything else they did, the panel installation is cosmetically challenged. Functionally excellent though.

Vince was great. Professional. Very knowledgeable. Thorough. He explained the situation with my heat pump very well. Good guy. Not real thrilled with $ he quoted me (almost twice as much as other HVAC companies quoted) - but Vince was great right up to that point.

I would not choose any other company. Eco has earned a customer for life. We originally called them out to repair a sink leak, and while they were here they also diagnosed our broken garbage disposal. Instead of just rushing through the job, they took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what our options were, so there were never any surprises. What really sets Eco apart is their communication. They kept us informed every step of the way, and they even send a picture of the technician coming to your house ahead of time. Such a thoughtful touch that made us feel completely comfortable letting them in. It's clear this company cares about the customer experience from the first phone call to the finished job. On top of all that, their whole team is super friendly and professional. Kalvin, Brian, Cory & Christine were all fantastic to work with. Every single person we interacted with was helpful, courteous, and clearly knew their stuff.
