"I’ve used Rock Electric two times, and each time the electrician has arrived significantly later than the appointment time without notice. Each time I’ve placed a call to Brad Wood, who has answered right away, investigated and called back with explanation and ETA. Despite his late arrival for the job, I gave Rock and Donald a five star review, as he and his team did excellent work. For this recent job, however, in addition to being late Brock left without ensuring that all work completed was functional: one of two installed dedicated circuits did not work. Once again, Brad, while not being my first call, was the only person who answered his phone. He quickly arranged to personally resolve the situation by completing the work himself. He did so at the time he stated, and texted me when work was completed. I greatly appreciate Brad for his help when things haven’t gone to plan. While I wouldn’t hesitate to give him five stars, I would rate my overall experience with my recent use of Rock Electric as four stars. I choose to not provide a google review because I don’t want to negatively affect the company’s rating."

"We had an EcoFlow sub-panel installed by Rock Electric and PCF. They we great to work with! Brock is very knowledgable and hapy to explain weird code nuances and "why" some things have to happen. Overall, a great experience! We, and our neighbors, have several electrical projects coming up and will definately be calling "Brock from Rock"!!!"

"Pease see my lengthy email to Rob and Lisa Greaves on 2/28. In summary – the salesman was unethical and dishonest, and if I could have cancelled the contract and gotten back the $13,500 I had paid up front, prior to the work starting, I would have. The positives: your installers Ace and Donald, and your gas line contractor Art were all fantastic to work with. Very good communicators, super professional, and they absolutely get 5 stars plus. The project did get finished (over 5 weeks after the completion date promised by your salesman), and all seems to be working fine."

"I would highly recommend Rock Electric. I was fully taken care of as a customer from start to finish, beginning with a very thorough sales call to ensure the quote would meet all my goals. The crew that worked on my house were communicative, clean, and worked efficiently. They walked me through the job site in detail when their work was done. The PSE Permit inspector stopped by the next day (after the crew was gone) to take a look and close the job. He was also highly complimentary of the work that Rock Electric does. Overall I felt informed and cared for as a customer and would recommend them for any job."
