“I have an issue that needs to be resolved with their equipment. The unit that was recommended was not enough - so a free upgrade was offered but I ended up needed a new unit. The new unit isn't big enough. They were going to add an additional unit but it is going to cost me another $2400.”

The installer was very honest and professional. He did not try to sell me on anything more than what needed to be repaired.”
