Blake came out to fix my A/C after it stopped working during an extremely hot day. I called, and he arrived promptly. He was very friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to get everything working again. He took the time to thoroughly explain what the problem was, what needed to be repaired, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient he was throughout the entire process. When the job was finished, he cleaned up everything before leaving, which showed great attention to detail and respect for my home. I highly recommend Blake to anyone needing HVAC service. His excellent customer service, professionalism, and quality workmanship made this a great experience. I will definitely use McCullough Heating & Air again in the future!

My first time working with McCullough, and it was an overall great experience. During the first heatwaves of this summer, my 6-year-old HVAC unit broke down, and I struggled to find an available company to inspect it within the same week. Understandably, it was a busy time of the season. After reading several positive reviews online, I reached out to McCullough. Initially, I found the interaction with the AI voice to schedule an appointment a bit unusual, but I was pleasantly surprised by its accuracy. It quickly understood the problem and scheduled a next-day appointment within seconds. Technician Kyle Sterling arrived that day, and he truly deserves the praise for his work. As someone with limited HVAC knowledge, Kyle took the time to explain the issues in detail, the necessary repairs, and the cost which was a better deal compared to a couple of other quotes I had received. Kyle’s expertise and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and informative, and I felt confident in his abilities. He scheduled a day for repairs, returned with assistance, and completed the job as scheduled. Kyle even discovered an additional issue with the HVAC system (a faulty coolant valve) and didn’t charge me for it. He didn’t charge me for the repairs until everything was resolved and the unit was up and running. Overall, it was a great experience. The repairs were fast, and the technician was excellent.

We recently arranged duct repair and energy improvement work through McCullough and though we’ve previously had good regular maintenance experience with them, this job left a lot to be desired. Communication between the estimate and arranging the work would have been nonexistent if not for regular follow ups on our end. Then the crew failed to protect work areas, leaving adhesive drips, insulation and copious amounts of dust throughout the house, including all over my toddler’s bedroom. They also damaged our ceiling and failed to notify us or make any effort to remedy the massive crack in the drywall. It took several calls and texts to get the crew back out to finish cleaning (the fact the contractor did indeed come back the same evening and apologized is the only reason this is 2 stars), and 2 business days later we have yet to hear from McCullough about further repairs for the ceiling and a door that won’t lock properly among other issues. Far too costly of a job for this kind of careless work and poor customer service.

I had a very positive experience working with McCullough and will absolutely use them again in the future! When our air conditioning went out, a different company quoted us more than $15,000 for a full system replacement, saying they were not able to order the parts for our system at a reasonable price or in a timely manner. We then went to McCullough, and they quickly diagnosed the problem and completely fixed it on the spot for less than $400. Our technician, Brandon, was very helpful. He clearly explained the problem and was polite and helpful throughout the process. I absolutely recommend McCullough for AC repairs.

The folks at McCullough are so helpful and kind! All the technicians are great- the guy who helped me when my AC was broken (I had spoken with two other ac companies) was straightforward and gave me real info rather than a sales pitch (I think his name was Matt). Since then, they have helped me out with a couple of small issues that I’ve had with my new unit. The last Tech that I worked with was named Thomas and he was awesome as well! Very respectful, personable, and informative. I always feel comfortable with the technicians being in my house. I’m glad that I went with McCullough- they will continue to have my business!
