Craig had excellent customer service from start to finish! He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. The work was done efficiently, and my system is now running better than ever. I really appreciated the honesty and fair pricing—no upselling or surprises. It’s hard to find reliable HVAC service these days, but this experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair

JUST GO WITH MCCULLOUGH!! They were $2k+ less than Austin Air Conditioning and Radiant for a 2 ton 2-stage system. Evan is great, doesn't try to give you the hard sell. He provided a lot of information to make me feel good about my decision. Brian and Justin did the install and worked super hard all day to get it done. 2-stage system is awesome!! So much better than our previous 2.5 ton single stage Goodman. Very happy with McCullough and will recommend them to friends and family in the future

Evan was absolutely the best helping my older parents decide on an HVAC solution to fit their budget and needs. He showed genuine concern as he patiently explained the options, helped with the financing call, and followed-up as the install crew was working and after. Its hard to find sales people that can be trusted to be fully transparent, but Evan is a rare one. The whole crew worked quickly, were respectful of my parents time and space, and everyone at McCullough was so kind. Highly recommend.

Had McCullough install a new unit in December. Initial techs were friendly, people recommended them McCullough provided great guidance on options. Overall we spent ~15k for the unit and install. We haven't gone 30 days without a breakdown yet. Each time it got qc'd, we were told everything was fixed. So far issues have been : - Badly installed drainage leading to water damage - Debris in drain - Refrigerant leak from install - Blown electrical unit. Every root cause was from something done incorrectly during install. We have damaged and unrepaired siding from install, water damaged drywall and paint from the follow on issues. Inspite of these repeated issues from install and failures, each call out for no AC has been treated as if we were calling for the first time and the only proactive communication was for ensuring the city code inspector passed it.

I had my HVAC blower go out and need a blower replacement. I searched and found McCullough as a preferred company through the carrier hvac site and got connected with Craig. Craig was very knowledgable and very helpful. He answered all my questions and in the end I ended up getting a maintenance plan with the company. Heat works great now! Thanks Craig
