Craig had excellent customer service from start to finish! He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. The work was done efficiently, and my system is now running better than ever. I really appreciated the honesty and fair pricing—no upselling or surprises. It’s hard to find reliable HVAC service these days, but this experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair

Excellent service from McCullough and their technician Michael! Set up an appointment by phone. Michael arrived during the quoted time period. He listened to my concerns, took a careful look, and was able to diagnose the problem with my outside fan. He had a matching part on his truck, and was able to quickly replaced the fan. He followed up with a thorough coil cleaning, then verified my refrigerant pressures and double checked that my equipment was performing normally. I really appreciate the helpful, friendly service I received from such a skilled technician! Highly recommend this locally owned company for air conditioning repairs and will give them every consideration when it's time to replace my unit.

We recently arranged duct repair and energy improvement work through McCullough and though we’ve previously had good regular maintenance experience with them, this job left a lot to be desired. Communication between the estimate and arranging the work would have been nonexistent if not for regular follow ups on our end. Then the crew failed to protect work areas, leaving adhesive drips, insulation and copious amounts of dust throughout the house, including all over my toddler’s bedroom. They also damaged our ceiling and failed to notify us or make any effort to remedy the massive crack in the drywall. It took several calls and texts to get the crew back out to finish cleaning (the fact the contractor did indeed come back the same evening and apologized is the only reason this is 2 stars), and 2 business days later we have yet to hear from McCullough about further repairs for the ceiling and a door that won’t lock properly among other issues. Far too costly of a job for this kind of careless work and poor customer service.

The folks at McCullough are so helpful and kind! All the technicians are great- the guy who helped me when my AC was broken (I had spoken with two other ac companies) was straightforward and gave me real info rather than a sales pitch (I think his name was Matt). Since then, they have helped me out with a couple of small issues that I’ve had with my new unit. The last Tech that I worked with was named Thomas and he was awesome as well! Very respectful, personable, and informative. I always feel comfortable with the technicians being in my house. I’m glad that I went with McCullough- they will continue to have my business!

My A/C unit began having issues the day before the Fourth of July weekend. I called about 10 places and finally was recommended to McCullough by another local tech. Scheduling was simple and automated. My tech, Micheal, was amazing! My unit gave out completely and Micheal called me in the afternoon to let me know his ETA. He arrived earlier than expected and went right to work. The issue was resolved both quickly and efficiently. He even took the time to explain the condo’s HVAC system and answered all my questions. At 5p on a Friday during a holiday weekend, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’m extremely pleased and highly recommend this company.
