Sadly not the same company anymore since they got bought by Fox. I used Precision Heating and Air 8 years ago for new unit. They were my first call when my unit stopped working, especially as unit only 8 years old and still under warranty for another 14 months. They told me my fan motor and capacitor didn’t work on condenser unit of HVAC and it would cost $8k to fix with just labor as parts covered under warranty! And they said parts could take weeks to get, and recommended spending $20k-$22k on a new unit instead. I had two other companies come out, McCullough and Stan’s, who both said the fan and capacitor fine, that it was my compressor that needed to be replaced which would cost $2k-$2500 for labor with parts covered. I’m appalled that Fox would try to sell me a new unit and outrageous costs to repair my unit for parts that weren’t broken! Don’t use Fox! Call McCullough or Stan’s! They fixed it and it working great.

I am sooo pleased beyond 100%,, I reached out,, I was given the run around until 11:00 at nite,, I found Fox texted for Help , jeanathan sd im on my way,, 10min,, he didn't lie,, showed up,, and HELPED me tyjesus.. soon AZ and Elijah came,, Worked soo hard,, no lunch break!! Ty FOX,, I want to tell the World,, I love U and Thank you,, I gave AZ n Elijah a Big TY Hug!! Now I want to Pass Help n Kindness to the NEXT PPL IN MY LIFE,, esp hurting like I was,, what FOX did let's Pass it on. TY for doing something NICE Zfor jeanathan AZ n Elijah PLZ 🙏 I WSS GIVEN THE RUN A ROUND AT FIRST BY THE OTHER COMPANY,, but tyjesus FOX DID NOT LIE,, THEY SHOWED UP, TY FOREVER FOX!!!!!!!! LOVE ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Chase Brooks did an excellent job explaining what was going on and offering solutions. He talked through pros and cons of optional work but not necessarily needed. Great experience this morning.

I had a great experience with Jose Castellan. He was excellent—he communicated clearly throughout the entire process and worked late into the evening to ensure our new unit was fully running even though he knew he needed to come back the next day to finish the work. Thanks to his hard work, we were able to use our heater that same night. Highly recommend their professional and dedicated service!

Antonio did a great job. We had Precision install a softstart on our older compressor - what used to be a gigantic window rattling THUNK and boom has now become a nice quiet click, and then voila, it's started. I'm sure our neighbors appreciate it too. I'm looking forward to this softstart making that compressor last quite a few more years. I had to go through two compressors on my previous unit - that's no fun, especially if they're out of warranty. I thought I'd do something about it ahead of time, this round. Antonio installed it in minutes with no problems at all. He does great work!
