Outstanding experience from start to finish. The initial conversation was concise, to the point, and I never felt being rushed or being sold a service. The appointment was confirmed the day of service, we were sent a bio and picture of the master plumber. and they arrived within the early part of the arrival window we were given by Abbacus. Upon arrival he was very professional, didn’t talk down, we understood exactly what was being done and more importantly why. The work was completed in a timely fashion, he left the workspace spotless and told us what aftercare was needed from us. There was no part of our experience with this company wasn’t a 5-star experience and we not only would call them again, but We would recommend without a moment’s hesitation.

I am incredibly grateful for this company’s approach to business. A geyser sprung at our water meter on a Saturday night. They were able to send someone immediately. The plumber (of more than 25 yrs) took the honest route and let us know that the issue was on the side of the city. He provided and estimate to fix it, but also gave us the ammo we needed to prove to the city it was theirs to fix, thereby saving us $2500 (no charge for the visit). The service as a whole re: communication was top notch, as well. We will for sure use them again in the future.

I had a major House pipe water leak on Saturday night. I had already decided to not use 2 other Plumbing companies due to prior inflated prices for not so good service and terrible emergency service. Master plumber arrived after midnight assessed the problem, provided a reasonable quote and another master plumber arrived Sunday around noon to fix. Excellent results! After deep digging, Chris even did an excellent job of putting back the sod and grass.

And he immediately started checking various things which could have been the cause of my problems. He went beyond my expectations to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Kevin from Abacus did a great job repairing a small gas leak at our house. He came out on Sunday and was able to make a temporary repair to keep everything safe, then returned Tuesday to complete the permanent repair. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the process. I really appreciated him coming out on a Sunday and making sure everything was taken care of properly. Great service and I would definitely recommend Kevin and Abacus!
