I appreciated the explanations of things you need to be doing on an annual basis or semi-annual basis for your home because some of the work we'd never gotten done.
I use Best Pick companies a lot, and it's been brilliant. Every contractor I got out of the book has been really good.
I've used Best Pick Reports for so long that, for the most part, I've already picked my favorite companies, but each year I look back through it to confirm that these companies are still good. I find it very useful.

I was a general contractor for probably eight years, and the company I used to use for concrete lifting isn't around any longer. I found a new one in the book, I used them, and I was satisfied.
