Absolutely reliable! I had a major emergency, and they immediately sent an expert over. I needed a complete replacement of old cast iron pipe system! The entire process has been rewarding and this company is a diamond in the rough. Leo and his team were so professional: reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and most importantly, organized. This company has impeccable work ethic. It’s so relieving after dealing with a previous company who left me in the middle of a complete mess. These guys payed attention to every detail, communicated well, and worked efficiently. I appreciate the text I would receive when people were on their way. I also appreciate the recaps at the end of every day. I can’t express my gratitude enough on how this process has been. I almost sound like an advertisement. But this is absolutely true. Having been an original flow tech client, when I finally needed a new Trane after 22 years with my old unit, I went with Sunny Bliss no questions asked. Since the transition, they had kept in touch, and they truly saved me after the first scorching week in Miami put the final nail in my old Trane. Arian and Rosmel were the kindest, most professional technicians who were beyond patient with me. They installed the condenser while I chaotically tried to shore up the beams and flooring under the closet floor in my 100 year old house. They came back, the next day, and were beyond patient while I struggled with the help of my neighbor to get the floor ready for the load before they had to go to their next job. I cried dry tears when the AC kicked on, after being dehydrated from sweating for a week with 88 degrees inside. ¡Gracias por ser los mejores instaladores de HVAC que una mujer podría pedir! I highly recommend Sunny Bliss for their timely, professional, efficient and easy service. A good Trance AC can last forever, if well taken care of, in the south florida heat, and Sunny Bliss helped me do it.

Absolutely blown away by this team! From start to finish the service was top notch, professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with! You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The team is super knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. It’s rare to find a company that combines great service with such a strong reliable team! Highly recommend!!!! These guys are the real deal.

We had an outstanding experience with Sunny Bliss and cannot recommend them enough. Sunny Bliss handles the regular maintenance of our AC units (and routinely does an excellent job!) and today they also helped us address some plumbing needs — faucets that were leaking in our home. Our technician Julio Rodriguez replaced three sets of leaking faucets and angle stops with exceptional care and attention to detail. He was incredibly knowledgeable, his workmanship was top-notch, he took the time to make sure everything was done correctly (staying many times longer than originally anticipated without added cost because the condition of our plumbing was much poorer than we originally realized), and he left the work area spotless when he finished. We were very impressed with Julio’s willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied. It’s not often you find someone who takes such pride in their work. I highly recommend Sunny Bliss to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable plumber. We will absolutely be calling Sunny Bliss again for any future plumbing needs!

With the good reviews, service office right here in Miami Bch and 3 different services which I need or will need, I was hoping for a better experience. First off, $179 for the service call a few blocks away. I can understand that for a company having to drive over to MB. Thats a lot to lose if you dont let them do the repair. Next, nearly $ 450 to change a wax ring under toilet. No issues with drain pipe or floor- around an hour job. What plumber makes over $400 per hour. Then tried to upsell me a toilet installed for well over $800. A decent toilet in home Depot is 250-300. So $600 for 1-1/2 hour work? Was it because I was a single woman? Plumber had no rags or mop, used my stuff. When he left, the gooey remnants of the wax ring was still on the floor for me to clean . Lastly, he used some blue Teflon tape that was ugly and stood out, but it was only partially on threads but unraveled so that a 2 foot piece was just hanging down to the floor ( I have photo). I saw it as soon as he drove off. Maybe it was just this tech. Again, I chose them partially due to good reviews. My a/c is getting old and I may need water purification but I will have to give someone else a try unfortunately. I am the father who recommended this company then wrote this in behalf of my daughter.
