I was very impressed with John’s plumbing and will definitely use them again. Glen came out to give me an estimate for a new water heater. He took the time to measure the space and check with his supplier to see if a new model would fit in my small closet. He didn’t try to upsell me and wasn’t pushy. His estimate was reasonable and I booked an installation day. Andres came out and installed the water heater on a Saturday and was very knowledgeable. He was also willing to work with me as I had to move things around in the closet to make the new water heater fit. All in all I would definitely recommends them.

I’m extremely pleased with the service from John’s Plumbing. Carlos was my service tech and was thorough with my plumbing issues. I mistakenly drilled a hole in a copper pipe in my laundry room. Additionally, I found that the outside shut off valve was faulty. Anyone who has ever had a plumbing issue knows that you’re stressed until it’s resolved. Carlos came in; provided the quote, and repaired/replaced the required parts. My home is back; in order and fully operational. So happy I made the call!

I had a great experience working with John Payton from John’s Plumbing. He was easy to reach, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain the issue and handled everything quickly and efficiently. What I really appreciated is that he showed up, got the job done right, and didn’t overcomplicate anything. Super reliable, which is hard to find. I’d definitely recommend John Payton and will be using him again.

Let me start off by saying Corey (supervisor) & Chesley were both punctual & arrived at my residence earlier than the appointment time. Both individuals Greeted me as the customer & were very professional! Plumbers get a bad rep, but thank you gentlemen for breaking the stereotype. The services were performed as expected & even more impressed with the knowledge & education both individuals provided me with. The services were quick & each step was explained instead of hurry the job & finish. Even my wife was impressed because after them explaining everything to me, when she arrived they took the time to reexplain everything to her. It looks like this company fixed some of their own internal plumbing issues hahaha, but I’m even more satisfied now than before! I had some issues & some questions about prior services from this same company & I received truthful non-sugar coated answers. Thanks again CHESLEY & COREY, you guys deserve a raise because you are definitely securing new customers & showing appreciation to returning customers as well.👍🏻
