Jacob clearly explained the issue and the steps needed to complete the repair. Although the work was not completed during the visit, he was professional,knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. He went one step further and had me speak with an insurance adjuster. I appreciate the honest communication and would recommend him (Infinity Plumbing)for the professionalism and helpful guidance.

I have worked with Joseph on problems I was having with my toilet and shower. He is very professional and takes the time to explain the issue I was having. He was courteous and very aware at respecting my space. He found the parts needed on an upscale toilet 20 years old. He has worked on this brand before and although the parts have changed he was able to install and it now works wonderfully. Change of cartilage in shower, now that works. ( I was never aware of this maintenance needed on shower.) I will have him work on the guest shower to update based on my satisfaction with his work, expertise and commitment to doing it right. I have had other plumbers in my 20 years living here and he is the best. No bandaid approach or take the $ and run.
