Jacob clearly explained the issue and the steps needed to complete the repair. Although the work was not completed during the visit, he was professional,knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. He went one step further and had me speak with an insurance adjuster. I appreciate the honest communication and would recommend him (Infinity Plumbing)for the professionalism and helpful guidance.

Infinity Plumbing were very professional and answered our call on a Sunday for our septic tank. Reasonably priced and professional, calling before arriving and came earlier in the day. Which was a good thing since our septic was full. Malene,Thanks for great communication and service!

His transparency and integrity really stood out, and that’s hard to find these days. Because of his honesty and the trust he earned, Kevin will be my only plumber moving forward.
