I recently had my water heater installed by Infiniti Plumbing, and I was very pleased with the entire experience. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They completed the installation efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I would definitely recommend Infiniti Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable and professional plumbing services.

Jacob clearly explained the issue and the steps needed to complete the repair. Although the work was not completed during the visit, he was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. He went one step further and had me speak with an insurance adjuster. I appreciate the honest communication and would recommend him (Infinity Plumbing)for the professionalism and helpful guidance.

Kevin from Xfinity Plumbing was exceptional. He was professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain everything before and during the job. His transparency and integrity really stood out, and that’s hard to find these days. Because of his honesty and the trust he earned, Kevin will be my only plumber moving forward. I trust him completely with my home, and I’ll be referring all my friends and family to him and to Xfinity Plumbing without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Outstanding experience with Infinity Plumbers! Wowsa! Sooooo impressed with Infinity Plumbers!!!! We had a leaky hot water valve on the first floor of our 67-year-old high-rise building in Ft. Lauderdale, and Infinity Plumbers came to the rescue. “Kevin” arrived promptly at 8:00am for our 8–10am service window and immediately got to work on the task at hand. What was supposed to take less than an hour turned into a considerably more convoluted, all-day endeavor that ultimately lasted a solid 9 hours (!!). Plumbing in an older building can be tricky, but Kevin handled every unexpected obstacle with patience and true professionalism. Kevin worked diligently, kept us informed every step of the way, and never once cut corners. His persistence, positive attitude, and obvious expertise were truly remarkable. By the end of the day, the issue was fully resolved and everything was in perfect working order. It’s rare to encounter someone so committed to getting the job done right, regardless of the time or effort involved. Huge thanks to Kevin and the Infinity Plumbers team for their professionalism, reliability, and outstanding service. Highly recommend!
