The Paradise Plumbing team of Jonathan and Amilton are true knowledgeable professionals. Upon their service arrival, they thoroughly explained their scope of work and the copper piping removal and replacement process. They were efficient but careful to ensure all necessary repairs were completed, installated and secured. Another extremely satisfied customer.

Our garbage disposal became clogged and had called Paradise Plumbing and a plumber came out the next morning between eight and 12 as expected. Kevin was awesome. He did a great job of replacing the garbage disposal and found out that we needed to have the drain snaked so he did that and cleaned up after doing the job. Kevin had the exact disposal that I had before and sinker and it’s a half hp motor just exactly what I wanted and the sink works perfectly now. Also, I had unexpectedly needed toilet service for leaky line and the toilet guts replaced. Excellent service, friendly never complain cleaned up after the job was done and I give them a five star rating. The price was reasonable. He was here 3 1/2 hours and I’m very thrilled with the services they gave and Bellay who I spoke to on the phone also gave me great assistance Told her that I was very happy with the service that we got from Kevin. They have service maintenance plans. They’re probably all be purchasing. That’s how happy I was with the service.

Fantastic service. Can I give them 10 stars?! Very impressed from start to finish! All the people, even in their office is so on the ball. So on top of everything. My service tech, Joey is so wonderful! Very caring, kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I'm so pleased with this company.

I had a wonderful experience with Paradise Plumbing Air Co. My AC had not been serviced in about a year. I always try to change air filter every month and serviced yearly for maintenance and this time it had a little leak. It was still working but i wanted to make sure there were no major problems. They came to check the ac unit and let me know that my ac needed to have plumbing ivy done. He was very patient and explained what needed to be done to avoind any problems in the future because I'm not very familiar with ac unit and clueless when it comes to technical things. The technician, Sanders, was very friendly, polite, prompt and very knowledgeable of everything that needs to be done and was very patient explaining everything to me. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair options clearly without any pressure, and had the system running much better and is coming back soon to complete the service by doing plumbing ivy. It is wonderful that he was able to get ac working today because its way to hot to be without air conditioning. Everyone who i spoke with by phone, Karen, Rae and others, were all very friendly, polite and very professional. AC servicing can be stressful sometimes and they all helped in very calm way to avoid additional stress. Truly appreciated! I highly recommend them for anyone in the Doral, Medley, Miami and Florida area looking for honest, high-quality HVAC service! Thank you!

When the hvac unit on my grandmother's home broke down, we were worried about the process and price of purchasing a new unit. After some online research, we settled on this company and had the unit installed. The price was below the average I had been getting quoted. Although I paid below the average price, I didn't receive the below average service. Everyone was prompt , courteous, and professional. Especially Janet, usually after a service has been performed and the company has been paid. I expect the company to disappear because their end of the deal has been delivered. But not her she has been there for us throughout our permit approval process. Any question I had, she was more than happy to answer. She made sure we knew who was coming to the home and when down to a 2 hour window of their arrival. Even her demeanor on the phone was calming and reassuring it, which gave me great confidence that I was dealing with the right company every time I spoke with her. I am grateful that I made the right decision and chose this company . I'm very pleased and would definitely definitely definitely recommend them to anyone.
