I give them 1.5 stars. I give them that only because he was on time and polite. I would NOT use this company. I had a leak in the kitchen sink. He took a quick look and said I need a new faucet. He didn't take it apart of look to see if it was a washer, a hose etc. Said cheaper to replace. So I took his word for it. Now I know why. For the $$$. We were told that we can get a new faucet and they would install it, or they could get one for us. When I asked the price, it was $870 for them to get the faucet and install it, or $310 if we get the faucet. $560 to go pick up a faucet that retails for about $150. So a $400+ markup to get it. I said we'd go to Lowe's and get one, as it's 2.7 miles. Was then told they will not warranty anything except the work for 90 days, unless we use one of their vendors such as Ace Plumbing. Then he wanted me to pay a deposit for when they will come back so I would only have to pay half of another service fee on top of the installation fee. That is ridiculous as pay another fee for you to come out and do work. That was the end. So I paid the $99 service for 5 minutes of his time, and used a new company for less and better service. They now have a customer reference, a positive reference on Google, and our recommendation on our HOA's website for more business. Very Bad Experience.

Highly recommend C&D Plumbing, found them on the County's Best Of recommendations pamphlet. Hired them for a new water heater tank and they did a great job on the installation, also helping me install a dry vent through my cement block wall and changing some issues I had with shower heads and kitchen faucet. Prompt communication, great service. Thank you!

Nicholas arrived on time. He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. When job was completed, he cleaned up as if he hadn’t been here! Excellent service!

I would have given a no-star rating due to a bad experience. I had a water leak issue and requested a leak location service. While I was promised that the investigator would provide the location over the phone, the investigator arrived and claimed it was a slab leak without providing the location. I was given the choice of paying for dispatch or paying close to $900 for diagnostics. It turns out to be a small leak from the water heater's hot water line, not slab leaking at all. So far, I haven't received either the dispatch receipt or the diagnostic estimate.

An excellent job done by their technician Nick. He was timely and efficient. Installed my kitchen sink and redid the plumbing to make it more effective. Highly recommend C & D plumbing and will use them again.
