Founded in 1971, Knight Air Conditioning & Heating is a privately owned company. Tim Loudermilk and Joel Aderhold, both native Atlantans, own and operate Knight. Joel and Tim each have more than 35 years of experience in the heating and air conditioning business. According to Joel, many of Knight's employees have been with the company for more than 20 years.

We did have a complete air conditioning unit replaced over the summer, and they put that in. It's pretty easy to get in touch with someone when you call. You usually get to talk to a person during business hours when you call. If they know who you need to transfer to, they transfer you. If you make an appointment, it's usually within a week or as soon as they can get out there. So, you're not having to wait on someone to get out there if you have air conditioning not working upstairs where all your people are sleeping. They have fast, prompt service, and they get there when they say they're going to get there. They are reliable. I'd give them an A.”
