Cunningham has serviced my AC a few times over the last few years. Danielle came out today for a checkup. Glad to get a clean bill of health! She and her associate were courteous and friendly, and even brought their own shoe-booties.

This company can no longer be trusted to deliver honest service. The original owner (Bob) came to my home 10 years ago to introduce himself and I received incredible service for years to follow. That owner, like many HVAC company owners, sold the business to a private equity firm. Now the company uses their biannual service visits to scare you into buying systems and repairs that you do not need. I had 2 technicians out this week who shared that my filters (that I replaced 3 months ago) all needed to be replaced, my ducts needed cleaning, a UV light needed replacement, and I needed one furnaced replaced. This totaled over $12K in proposed replacements and repairs. Another HVAC service provider evaluated my systems today and reported that everything was working well and that the filters were far from needing to be replaced. I called and cancelled my service with Cunningham immediately and they didn't seem surprised. This has also happened with their plumbing inspections where they propose a bunch of stuff that isn't broken. Good for Bob for cashing out as a good entrepreneur, good for the new owners to try to increase revenue at all costs, but bad for customers who want honest service from professionals they allow in their homes.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!! I was very pleased with my technician, Mr. Trea Saunders! He was caring, knowledgeable, helpful and professional!!! Great people and customer service is very hard to come by these days and I really appreciate Cunningham AC & Plumbing for their excellent service!!!🥰 This was my 2nd service repair and as usual the customer service was excellent!!! Great service is obviously very important to Cunningham!!! Ms.Danielle & Mr. Lesmin were very professional, knowledgeable & kind. This is my #1 choice!🥰

We have been Cunningham members for a little over two years, and before that, our landlord used Cunningham to service the HVAC system at the house we rented. Unfortunately, over the past four years, Cunningham has failed to properly turn our HVAC system back on after servicing it two out of the eight times they have worked on it. Most recently, their mistake left us spending a sleepless night in a sweltering house with two children under two years old. Despite the circumstances, our system was not repaired until 1 p.m. the following day. I appreciate that Cunningham apologized and eventually returned to correct their mistake. However, this is the second time they have created a problem that did not exist before their service, and that level of reliability is simply unacceptable. A maintenance service should give customers peace of mind, not leave them dealing with preventable problems and uncomfortable, stressful nights. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Cunningham, and I would strongly caution others against purchasing their membership.

**Two reviews for separate services. They happened on the same day so perhaps that's why I can't do them separately. 1). Got an HVAC inspection. Peter and Austen (the actual technician) were both terrific. Polite, affable and thorough. Patiently answered questions that I had. Had some nice conversation with Peter while Austen was working! Lol. I would ask for them both again in the future. *To explain--Peter was there to oversee and assist in translating if Austen got too technical with terms. They were both great! 2). Got a Plumbing Inspection also at a separate time. My actual technician was Wes (Matt must be his boss, lol 😉). Professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with patience. And re-explained if I needed him to. Would ask for Wes again! 😃
