Matt came to my home to service my BritaPro water filtration system. He was punctual and very professional, and very patient with my two kittens. He kindly gave me suggestions for things I can do until the next servicing is needed. He was very pleasant and I would not hesitate to call Cunningham Associates and ask for Matt in the future.

Cunningham always does a great job in HVAC system maintenance for us. Danielle, in particular, is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain exactly what is good (or wrong) with our systems. When she makes suggestions for a change or upgrade, I know that the reasons are well-founded and reasonable. I trust Cunningham and Danielle -- and, her team -- to do a great job.

Sam and Ryan came to our condominium to install a new HVAC system. The condenser that needed to be installed was too large. Sam worked diligently to find a product that would accommodate our home. Both Sam and Ryan worked approximately 8 hours straight to remove and install the new unit. They were always friendly, polite and explained what they needed to do. We are very pleased with the installation, clean up and the knowledge and manner they conducted themselves. Also, we are very pleased with Cunningham Associates and so far everyone they have sent to our home to assist us. We have already recommended this company to others living in our condo.

Cunningham does a great job of communicating with the customer, before, during and following up. Noah was prompt, did a thorough job of accessing the issue and quoting cost. I give them A+ on keeping customer first.

Trae was great in spotting the issue and explaining it clearly. Cunningham has a well-balanced approach to informing clients about what issues need to be addressed, providing pictures and support for their assessment and then giving clients time to make a decision.
