Cunningham has serviced my AC a few times over the last few years. Danielle came out today for a checkup. Glad to get a clean bill of health! She and her associate were courteous and friendly, and even brought their own shoe-booties.

The team came out quickly to diagnose my issue the same day. Worked with Danielle to quickly get a quote and secure someone to fix my issues aside the next day. Sam and Victor came out to fix it. Super nice and knowledgeable. Sam was also pretty cute and answered all my questions.

My AC went out on the Friday, July 3rd right before the holiday weekend during a week long heat wave. Cunningham was able to come out and get me fixed up with no fuss the next day. They came out on a holiday to make sure that my family and I didn't have to spend the holiday weekend during this heat wave roasting. They were kind, communicated well, and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them based on this experience. Voice and Ryan were both very helpful.

I called Cunningham Associates for an estimate connecting my whole house dehumidifier in the attic, to my thermostat on the first floor, Ryan took his time checking everything, and I’m a very hard person to please concerning this kind of work, but again, I am very happy with the way he checked everything out. Excellent worker, in my opinion he did the job like it were for himself. Thank you!!😊
