A few years back, we had to use their emergency service in the middle of the night, and they performed very well on that. We have a humidifier that is attached to the furnace. It's a little bit tricky, and not all their people understand this particular kind of old piece of equipment. We found one that did, and I said, 'Hey, this is the man I want to come out from now on to work on this thing,' and they said, 'No problem.' That individual comes out here and does it, and when they call up to schedule it, they tell me who's coming out to do the work. I wouldn't have any reason not to give them an A+.”

The salesman was very educational and helpful. When you don't know much about heating and air conditioning, and they take the time to say it in your words, it makes a big difference. We have a lot of incandescent can lights in the house rather than LED lights, so we discussed our energy efficiency. Then, they capped off the top of the can lights, which helps keep the heat in. I chose them because of the personality and friendliness—it almost felt that we were friends rather than just a cold number, a sales call, or whatever.
