I cannot over emphasize how pleased I am with the professionalism and craftsmanship of the crew from Central Heating that came out and fixed the mess that was previously installed in my house. They have cleaned up everything from the tangled octopus that a previous HVAC company created so that my basement is now being cooled properly and I can start making plans to drywall the spaces where it was impossible before. They also fixed the excessive noise issue in our master bedroom by adjusting that duct system to match the unit that was delivering the air. I will finally be able to sleep peacefully! In the photos, the first four is the junk that was previously installed. The last two is the superb ducting that was installed by Central Heating and Air Conditioning!

I needed someone to come inspect our units for efficiency issues due to rising, unexplained, monthly bills. I made the mistake of not contacting Central first. We initially had another company come out that tried to tell me the only solution was to replace a $20k unit. That was it. 25 minutes of an inspection and the answer was “just replace the unit man” I had a gut feeling that this was incorrect and reached out to Central. They had someone out the very next day who conducted a thorough and professional inspection. They spent their time and did their due diligence before diagnosing the issues. None of the issues pointed to chewing off a $20k bill. Our rep’s name was Josh and I could not have been more impressed with his expertise and overall professionalism. He was kind and respectful to my family, and home, and most importantly he was honest. Thank you again, Josh! Special s/o to Danielle who took my call and got this all set up within a few minutes. That conversation was a kickstarter to a great overall experience with this company. I could not recommend Central Heating & Air more. We are new customers and will remain customers moving forward.

Superb customer service, highly responsive and attentive to customers business needs and budget. I have been a customer for over 15 years and Central Heating and Air Conditioning has always consistently delivered high quality service in a very timely mannner and at a reasonable price. Chris is in management and Don is a service tech and both are outstanding professionals. Recently I had an AC thermostat repair along with my AC maintenance service and the repair was done rapidly. I highly recommend this company because of its people, positive approach to its customers, and products.

Alvin was here today, and I can’t say enough good things about him. Not only is he an exceptional technician, but he’s also genuinely kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. His knowledge is impressive, and he took the time to clearly explain how our zoned HVAC system works and how to get the best performance and efficiency from it. He answered all of our many questions with patience and made sure we fully understood everything before he left. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find. Alvin and Naveed were professional, thorough and did a great job of explaining all they did to service my equipment. Good job guys! I have a service contract so I don’t pay for every six month service checks. I pay an annual fee. Very reasonable
