Back again with another wonderful experience with Central! I signed up for a service agreement last year and finally got around to having my winter service done. Alvin came to troubleshoot thermostat issues, which he resolved and gave me an excellent tutorial on how to get he most from my thermostat. He was a very clear communicator and was patient with all my rookie questions. What super support! I appreciate Alvin and Central!

My unit was serviced by "Alvin" today. He was personable, relatable and professional. After job was completed, he clearly explained what tasks, test he performed. He also gave "no pressure" recommendations. I've been with Central Heating and Air for several years and they've been awesome!
